El hotel promete cosas que no cumple o no tienen:"Todas las habitaciones del Baluarte Cartagena Hotel Boutique cuentan con TV por cable y minibar. Además, hay servicio de habitaciones todos los días, las 24 horas." -Albornoz ni zapatillas: no nos entregaron estos implementos -Secador de pelo: esta instalado pero no funciona y es obsoleto. -Piscina: no tiene -Jaquzzi: son tres pero muy pequeños , poco aseados y poco confiables. -Hamacas: dos y siempre ocupadas -Minibar: la habitación que nos asignaron no tenía minibar. -Artículos de aseo: solo dos jabones súper pequeños Es de resaltar el desayuno , muy delicioso y la atención en el restaurante es muy buena, excelente. El hotel es tranquilo y se puede descansar sin ninguna interrupción por ruido. -

Building and rooms needs major repair. Roms very humid. I dont recommand this hotel. There is plenty of hôtels in cartagene. Go elsewhere. The location is great and that a bout it. Most employees of the hotel dont rely care.

La ubicación es excelente! Tienes todo súper cerca. El personal fue amable. Habitación que reservamos estaba en segundo piso y por estar con muletas nos cambiaron a una habitación más cómoda y amplia en primer nivel. La comida del restaurante es muy rica! El muchacho del bar muy amable y servicial. Ambientes limpios y muy agradables.

This hotel is very cozy and well located closed to everything. The hotel is antique so the rooms tend to have a strong “old” smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh made and delicious.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, I recommend not leaving valuables or bank cards. WiFi doesn't work, nor does the TV, broken bathroom trash can, little toilet paper, towels weren't there when we arrived (they were in the laundry room), the rooms smell musty, stained sheets, repetitive breakfast and only one option (typical Colombian breakfast, arepa , egg, bread, beans and sausage) every day!

Hola para nada tiene la categoría de hotel Boutique es viejo, descuidado, sucio, la razón precio/calidad es muy baja, me equivoque de plano al reservarlo, vean las fotos evidencias, hay hormigas en el baño, el colchón de la cama es una verdadera tortura, el televisor solo agarra 3 canales lo demás lo debes contratar, el agua de la regadera se sale en refrigerador no cierra y suena mucho toda la noche, hay poco personal en servicio que hace de todo e intentan resolver los problemas en resumen, todo una mala experiencia las fotos anexas son la evidencia

Vendieron nuestra reserva. Llegábamos al menos 10 Personas de PANAMÁ con reserva de hace por lo menos 1 mes y nos avisaron 5 horas antrs de llegar que nos había cancelado la reserva con un cuento que había un daño en el tercer piso del hotel pero llegamos y todo era mentira simplemente habían vendido nuestra reserva. Que falta de seriedad .
