El desayuno fue pesimo, solo huevo con pan y embutido de mala calidad. Luego habian ceriales, yogourt y listo, para un hotel de esa categoria y precio en Cartagena, deja mucho que desear, ademas no hay restaurante dentro del hotel, por ese precio definivamente no volveria.

OZ Hotel staff is very pleasant and professional, anything that's needed at a drop off a dime they'll take care of it. When I am in Cartagena that's the only hotel I'll consider, they're like family.

Hotel muy acogedor, excelente relación precio calidad; muy buena higiene, personal muy atento, buen desayuno buffet, buena ubicación si te interesa hacer playa; además está cercano a mercadito de souvenirs, restaurantes, casas de cambio, centros médicos y comerciales. Lo super recomiendo, yo volvería de todas maneras.

Very convenient and clean. No pool but I believe they are building more onto this building. A bar is coming but not a bad choice to sleep and your. I felt safe.

I liked the friendliness of the staff! I did not like my room and the construction at the front entry to the hotel. The room that I was transferred to after my AC broke down is the room I thought I had bought in the booking
