Cartagena è molto costosa per cui scegliamo questo hotel che ci propone una “buona” tariffa considerando la posizione e, per l’appunto, la tariffa media richiesta dagli hotel di questa città. La casa è carina, la camera gradevole, due finestre che danno sul patio per cui completamente priva di luce, è comunque silenziosa, diciamo che questo può essere considerato il lato positivo. Neppure un’acqua “di benvenuto”, non dico un cocktail, non esageriamo, un hotel che in tre notti chiede il doppio di uno stipendio medio mensile colombiano potrebbe anche valutare l’investimento. Inoltre, uno shampoo lillipuziano per la doccia, che comunque non è un body wash ma uno shampoo per capelli, chiedo un’integrazione e mi viene risposto che già l’abbiamo in camera (vedi commento precedente relativo all’acqua di benvenuto). La piscina sul terrazzo è una pozza d’acqua, pregevole lo sforzo ma chiamarla piscina è fuorviante benché la vista sui tetti di Cartagena non sia male. All’arrivo tentano di venderci un tour della città e subito mi parlano di spa “convenzionata” per i massaggi. Colazione negli standard colombiani, Jose alla reception davvero molto gentile.

Check in was good, service excellent, well located, shops and restaurants around. Breakfast included and of good quality.
Rooms not so clean and need improvement.

Don’t hesitate to book this small boutique hotel! Super clean and cozy , spacious bedroom and bathroom huge shower and soaking tub, Rooftop pool with many cabanas give u relaxing time u need after exploring this amazing city! Location could not be better!!!!

Hotel muy bien situado en el centro histórico de Cartagena. Antigua casa reformada de manera moderna. Habitación muy cómoda y confortable, con todas las comodidades posibles, destacando el cuarto de baño en su totalidad. Personal muy profesional y muy amable. Desayuno poco variado, pero rico. Piscina en la azotea para poder contemplar desde arriba la ciudad. Un gran hotel, con mucho confort y muy bien situado.

DO NOT stay at this hotel! We booked, confirmed and everything was ok, then less than a month to our stay, the hotel cancelled last minute and charged us with a cancelation fee - even though they were the ones who cancelled!! It's outrageous NÃO se hospedem neste hotel! Nós confirmamos a reserva e menos de um mês antes da hospedagem, o hotel cancelou sem dar satisfações e ainda nos cobrou uma taxa de cancelamento!! Um absurdo!

Great small boutique hotel in walled city. Big room with nice personal touch decor, big shower and comfy bed. They have only 4 rooms so never get overcrowded. Limited breakfast choices but it was enough for us. It’s located in center but it’s quiet during the night and we were able to rest well. Will return again :)

It was nice to stay in the center of everything. The historic hotel was so nice. The rooms make you feel in the old era. The staff was very courteous and helped us with anything we needed. Marisol, Oscar, Jose and Betsaida were amazing!

2 nights of beauty, right in the middle of the romantic Cartagena de Indias, the service was amazing g and you are able to chose rom service at no cost, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious! Everyone on the service was attentive and helpful to find other tourists services around the city. This hotel is at a walking distance from the “murallas” and Getsemany old town. You will have a beautiful stay
