Estuve de pasadía en Palmarito Beach y la experiencia fue FENOMENAL, desde que llegamos, los colaboradores muy amables, la comida deliciosa, amé las canastas de patacón con pollo. Tienen gran variedad de cocteles de autor y Jefry, el Jefe de Bares, se encarga de explicar cada uno y recomendar con base a tus gustos. El diseño de la nueva piscina es un must que se debe visitar, es demasiado linda. Sin duda, VOLVERÉ!

Horrible attention to such a nice place, some workers are rude and the others are so annoyed by your presence you feel like a burden for just existing. My server at the pool was ignoring me straight to my face, i went to her 2 times and she still didn’t came to my bed, when she came and took the drink order she took another 30 min to get them to me and then she never came back to check again. I left and I almost had the option to not pay the check at all but it still did it and with the gratuity included which she really doesn’t deserve at all, At the end when I was leaving I paid everything and then she came running because she noticed I left and came running with the check. Oh so you do notice me right? You just don’t care about hospitality and a good service, you just came running because you thought I didn’t pay. Literally save yourself the noisy day and bad service and go to any other place.

Horrible on nage devant un mur de pierre l’eau est sale (plastique) Impossible de se détendre les serveurs hurlent et nous sommes harcelés par les vendeurs et les femmes qui massent Les bateaux arrivent toutes les heures pollution épouvantable ! La plage n’est pas du tout comme sur les photos c’est une fumisterie ! C’est très sale le restaurant est immonde Un conseil ne réservez pas je vous le déconseille…

La habitación bien limpia, la cama dura, en las noches algún animal caminaba en el techo de la habitación. La limpieza del complejo no era muy adecuada había basura por algunas partes, hay perros callejeros que molestan, la piscina estaba en remodelación y no avisaron antes de reservar. No había mucha variedad de comida en el menú. El personal muy amable.

Probably worst hotel I ever stayed at
Pros: cold AC, mini fridge in room
Cons: dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty shower, limited breakfast with flies, birds, and bees surrounding food and drink, multiple dogs in dining area, dirty pool, dirty lounge chairs in pool area, vendors harassing when sitting beach side, no assistance with luggage upon arrival l, insects/ants/roaches in hotel room

One of the things I liked about staying at Palmarito was that they include round transportation and you don’t have to pay the Port fee since the boat doesn’t leave from la Bodeguita. The property as a whole is very nice and looks safe. However, it’s a private beach but you still have outside vendors harassing you to buy stuff just like public beaches. Lunch wasn’t great! It is a “buffet” but you can only go one time and they will do it for you! Lunch is like $40,000 cop per person. Breakfast was really good. Room and bathroom was super spacious and very clean. You have all you need. If you are staying, beach won’t be empty probably until 4pm and they close it at 6pm. Pool area wasn’t very clean. At night, was very quite and not beach vibes. Not sure if they have parties only Saturdays or certain days but during the night , you have nothing to do.

Dieses Hotel ist die reinste Abzocke und das Personal ist mehr als unprofessionel. Als wir aufs Zimmer geführt wurden hatten wir eine Schockstarre (rund 1h nach de abgemachten Check in Zeit!) Die Fotos entsprachen nicht im Ansatz den Fotos auf diesen Portalen! Die Preise sind eine unverschämte Frechheit (insbesondere in Anbetracht vom Preisniveu von Kolumbien!!!) Sie kriegen in Cartagena deutlich deutlich bessere Zimmer für das gleiche Geld!

ATTENTION: Hotel rooms do not correspond in any way to the photos shown on booking or trip advisor. Instead of the pretty room with dried palm leaf roof shown in the pictures, we were to spend the night in a concrete block with neon lights. The shower is the purest disaster, there is not even hot water, the room is dilapidated and the hygiene is poor. To our horror, a loudspeaker was installed directly in front of the hotel room, from which loud music was blaring. For us it was clear that we will certainly not spend the night in this hotel room. But I do not want to write too much now, PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS.
