Felt so pampered here. Perfect location, even though it’s a Hilton property it has a boutique hotel feel. The rooms are immaculate, bathroom shower was best on our trip where we stayed in Marriott and Hiltons. Breakfast was delicious. What stands out is the hospitality - their service was top notch. Freddy and Maria were ever so helpful: I booked on booking.con and the communication was very prompt! It was our anniversary and they even arranged for cake and cookies for us!

Hotel muito bem localizado com quartos espaçosos, banheiro com água quente tanto no chuveiro quanto nas torneiras, o que raro encontrar em outros hotéis de Cartagena.
Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e a limpeza do quarto era feita 2 vezes ao dia. E para ter mais conforto, o quarto tinha ferro de passar roupa, secador de cabelo e uma cafeteira à disposição. Adoramos a estadia e super recomendo.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard, the staff even came to the door in the evening, to see if there was anything else we needed, very nice touch. The hotel is in the quieter part of town, so you don’t hear all the noise late at night, but only a 10 min walk away if you want to be part of it. They also have a rooftop pool, which we took advantage of, to cool down in the afternoon.

Unlike most people I went for business to Cartagena. I longingly looked at all tourists enjoy the premise which is just lovely. The rooms are nice, clean and very spacious. The food is yummy and the fruit is not to be missed. The staff was impeccable. A special thx to Jenny, Kelly, Freddy and Javier. Mil gracias, my 15 people team and I really enjoyed our stay!

This is the old Tcherassi Hotel. The property is clean and in a good location. The room we had was clean and comfortable. However, the staff is friendly but have lost that ‘special touch’ that the old administration had.
The rooftop bar is just OK. It is ageing and is in need of a bit of love and tlc and it could do with a better music selection, especially during the day (techno at 10 am isn’t really my bag, especially if there is hardly anyone there. It’s just odd). The pool is ok/good but they need to provide more shadow as it is an absolute oven in the sun.

Quaint and beautiful property. Large spacious room. Friendly staff. Convenient and close to restaurants, shopping etc Location was perfect for our trip and the places we wanted to see. Felt quite safe being here. The hotel restaurants are also quite good.
