Ci è piaciuto : Bella struttura, nuova. Aria condizionata, pulizia della stanza e gentilezza del personale, tre piscine disponibili per rilassarsi all'interno dell'hotel, di cui una sulla terrazza dove veniva servita la colazione. Ottima posizione nel Barrio Getsemani e centro storico per godersi la movida serale, tanti ristorantini e locali dove c'è sempre musica. Cafè Havana di fronte.
È andata via un paio di volte la corrente, ma purtroppo non è colpa dell'hotel.Colazione buona ma potrebbe essere più variata ( scelta tra omelette, uova strapazzate, sandwich o wrap) yogurt,succo d'arancia,frutta, pane e confettura, caffè a buffet.
Abbastanza rumoroso la sera/notte soprattutto il weekend..noi eravamo abbastanza stanchi e abbiamo dormito ugualmente ma, nonostante la.stanza dia sull'interno della struttura, la musica arriva prorompente da ogni parte..lo sconsiglio quindi a chi vuole un soggiorno di riposo totale.
Taxi passano in continuazione davanti alla struttura.

The hotel itself seemed okay, but it is surrounded by bars and clubs which are blasting club house music until 3 AM that is so loud it sounds like it is inside the room and there is no escape. I would not stay here unless you intend to party late night every night. We had an early morning excursion that we ended up having to bail on because we were up until 3 AM due to the noise, total nightmare. This was also a Thursday so it might go even later on a friday or saturday. We ended up leaving 2 nights early to stay at the Hyatt which was much more relaxing.

We had a great stay at the Soy Local Insignia! The triple room was great for 2 adults and 1 child. The website does not do justice to the pools!! There are 3 total in different locations. None was very big but still decent size. My 7 year old son loved it. It is a loud neighborhood in terms of night life so don’t stay in the area if you are expecting it to be very quiet or bring ear plugs. But we liked how much activity was right outside the door and how walkable the area is. Very nice hotel!
