1. If there is no sea view room at check-in, the hotel will downgrade it to a normal room;
2. For room type downgrade, the hotel claims that it will compensate with free breakfast. But our reservation itself already included breakfast;
3. When checking in at night, the receptionist did not speak English and his communication skills were almost zero;
4. There is a lot of room for improvement in details, and health issues need further attention;
5. Ctrip has excellent customer service and helps solve problems in a timely manner.

Great location. The service was friendly and good. Katia was very helpful. This hotel was so cute and right in front on the beach. The breakfast was good. The restaurant had good lunch/dinner options. Only 10 minutes drive to the airport. Not far from the Walled City. I’d love to stay here again.

The property was super clean, the staff was extremely friendly, most of them spoke English. The bellboy Sebastian is the most humble person we met at the hotel, he was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat, he provided us with a walk-through of do’s and don’ts when we’re walking on the street. The continental breakfast is chargeable and very delicious. Overall the food in the hotel whether you choose to eat in the beautiful courtyard, indoor or the poolside, the food is very tasteful, and the drinks are very tasty. The beach is right across the street but it’s a local beach, there are vendors that you can rent a chair from, other vendors, who walk around selling food and drinks.

LOVED our stay at Emrita. David, the bellhop, provided exceptional service and was the one of the kindest people I have ever met. Everyone at the property was great though and the location was perfect - walking distance to the Walled City, right across the street from a decent beach, and a very short ride anywhere from literally anything else you’d want to check out.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, bem limpinho, cama excelente e toalhas cheirosas. O café da manhã, apesar de ser pago a parte, é bem gostoso.
Deixo como pontos de atenção: 1) não há ganchos no quarto para se pendurar nada (por ser um destino de praia isso seria muito útil para toalhas e roupas de banho que voltam molhadas) 2) nosso quarto estava ao lado de um bar vizinho com festa e cantor ao vivo até altas horas.
