Lovely dorm rooms! Great private bunks which almost feels like tiny rooms as they have walls and a curtain! Clean bathrooms and nice breakfast

Bon emplacement, malheureusement à mon depart, les employés ont essayés de me voler. On a essayé de me faire croire que j’avais vidé le mini-bar dans la chambre, alors que je n’avais rien touché et que je venais de vérifier 2 minutes avant que tout était encore en place. J’ai confirmé 2 fois plutôt qu’une qu’il s’agissait bien de ma chambre. Malheureusement pour eux, j’étais trop sûr de moi et convaincant. Le réceptionniste textait en direct avec l’employé dans ma chambre en train de faire le Check out. Quand j’ai dit que je montais le rejoindre et que j’étais très frustré, il m’a soudain dit qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur. COMMENT FAIRE CONFIANCE À UN ÉTABLISSEMENT QUI ESSAIE DE VOUS VOLER. Je me considère chanceux de ne pas avoir été volé dans ma chambre pendant que je visitais la ville. N’ALLEZ PAS À CET ENDROIT, PERSONNEL PAS FIABLE!!! Il y a une multitude d’hôtels à Carthagene, choisissez-en un autre.

They messaged me an hour or so before check-in that my room was not available and they were at capacity so would not be able to give me a different room. Totally ruined our trip as we had to scramble last minute to look for a place to stay
