El hotel a pesar de ser tan antiguo está muy bien tenido, las áreas comunes limpias, sus animales todos amigables, los empleados bien atentos y educados. Tengo solo dos cosas que deben mejorar:el personal del restaurante le falta entrenamiento, el primer día pedí un plato de la carta, un salmón con salsa de Tamarindo, me trajeron un salmón a la plancha, buen sabor pero no fue lo que pedí, cuando pregunté, ninguno conocía ese plato, me tocó mostrar la carta para que lo vieran. Lo segundo por mejorar : me hice el peor y más costoso masaje de mi vida, una niña que no tiene ni idea de hacer un masaje y está bien si quieren poner principiantes pero cobrar 300.000 pesos por un masaje que fue solo una pasadita de mano sin fuerza ni técnica alguna no me parece honesto. Mi humilde opinión. De resto el personal muy atento desde la llegada.

Excelente servicio de todo el personal, en especial de Jhon Castro siempre pendiente de cualquier necesidad de los huéspedes. Restaurante con mucha variedad, piscinas hermosas, habitaciones muy completas, las camareras realizan una excelente labor, volveré y recomendaré mucho el hotel.
