Not really a 5 star hotel. Area around the hotel could use more security. More police. Don’t bother going to the beach- you’ll be swarmed by every local there trying to make a quick buck. I say to everyone order Ubers not yellow cabs. And have them pull right into the hotels front lobby. The food is pretty mid. Friendly staff at least. Attentive. Don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Bastante regular el hotel. Bien ubicado diría que es el punto rescatable ya que es frente a la playa. El resto bien regular, de 5 estrellas nada. Pésimo internet, restaurant y el bar bien limitado, poca variedad, piscina pequeña, estaban reparando uno de los pisos por lo que encontrabas herramientas en las zonas del piscina y bar, las habitaciones y baños bien antiguos, les falta un buen mantenimiento.

es un hotel situado en una de las avenidas principales de Cartagena zona de edificios muy altos y con primera linea de playa, cuenta con restaurante , Bar , Piscina, Jacuzzy, Sauna es una joya de hotel, atienden de maravilla y son muy atentos tanto en el Lobby como en el bar y el restaurante. Tiene de noche una iluminacion fabulosa que se ve desde la ciudad amurallada.

It was terrible and we can't recommend the hotel at all.
Check-in took 45 minutes, even though there was no one else at the reception. Reason: The booking wasn't in their system. Our reservation and payment confirmation was not proof for the man at the reception.
The rooms are far too old and the furniture is scratched and in poor condition. It may be that the hotel was chic a few decades ago, but it's definitely not 4 stars now.
On the first night we were able to sleep until about 5 a.m. because then our room neighbors went into the bathroom and you could hear the flush throughout the hotel. The same goes for the shower.
After a long discussion we were offered a room in a lower category - a complete mess.
We go to Cartagena quite often, but this was the only and last time we stayed at this hotel.

I requested the upgrade! They said they didn’t have a better room. Then the room i was getting was connected to another and I didn’t want. Then, i was offered another room better but I was supposed to pay extra. And I reminded them I have the right to an upgrade. The lady left to talk to someone and finally came and told me I was getting the upgraded because they checked my status with *******. The room was bigger but I requested an iron and ironing board and they didn’t have one. I got the iron. The breakfast was terrible food.
