El hotel es bonito, sin embargo, tuvimos dificultad para descansar por el ruido. Recomiendo habitacion interior para evitar sonido de la calle y tambien de la recepcion.

Muy bien ubicado. Intalaciones nuevas, habitaciones amplias. Destacamos la.atención amable y personalizada de Alexander, de recepción.... Atento a todo ! Muchas gracias.... Para mejorar el desayuno...podria ser más.variado El café en el mismo....en " elmpaís del café"... No puede ser lavado y deshabrido...supongo que el servicio está tercerizado....y lo pagarán poco

The property was beautiful, walking distance from the beach and nearby shops & restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful- especially Maria. The pool area is cute but the downstairs bathroom smelled like a history of mold or sewage or some type of water damage. The adjacent restaurant served a simple, yet delicious breakfast. Very nice.

The hotel is good. They did a remodeling that left it comfortable and beautiful. They have service details that could be improved and it is key that they maintain the standard in maintenance since otherwise they will soon lose the improvements. During my stay the elevator never worked.

You get what you pay for. Great location if you like to be where the action is. Bed was very hard, you can hear everything on the 5th floor, from the heavy bass music, doors slamming, people were knocking on a door to the suite beside me at 4am. people talking, hallway smoke detector beeping every 15 seconds. Room had an odour probably because there’s no ventilation. If you need an affordable stay close to all the action and don’t mind noise at all hours this place will do. Staff was very friendly, told them I needed a taxi to airport at 3am and the driver was there waiting. Good value for money but I wouldn’t stay here again . I left sleep deprived

The hotel is located in an area where there are supermarkets, restaurants with affordable prices, and the beach one block from the hotel. Breakfast is good and varied, staff friendly. The only thing is that the rooms need to be reconditioned, there are missing connectors, the bathroom, the drain cover was loose, an additional trash can in the bedroom, a pillow smelled bad.
