What can I say? They were extremely friendly, polite, accommodating, and clean. The hotel smells like a spa and has all the makings of one. They let us use their pedal bikes to tour around the city. Always answered whatever questions we had and decent options for breakfast. Amazing stay thank you.

Hotel bueno y con buena atención. Bonitas instalaciones y un desayuno muy variado. La piscina funciona bien y tiene amplios sectores para relajarse y compartir a toda hora, con bebestibkes y comida muy rica. Muy tranquilo el hotel, limpio y ordenado

I don't think I have ever written a review for a hotel before. This hotel deserves to know how much my group of ten travelers enjoyed the stay. The location is fantastic, we walked to every attraction except Islas del Rosario and Convento de la Popa. The hotel smells amazing. We sought out the fragrance to bring home with us! The staff is friendly and helpful. Karen handled the check-in and it was smooth. The welcome drink and cool towels were refreshing. Alphonzo showed us to our rooms and carried our bags. The stay included a great, free breakfast. Freddys and Edwin were a welcoming sight each morning. They introduced us to salsa de ají and prepared eggs to order. I'm sure the young adults in our group will stay in touch with them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and again.

We spent five days here. The hotel location is perfect, within walking distance to all the restaurants, tours, and scuba pickup spots we planned. It’s in the middle of everything but quiet at night. Loved the roof deck pool, breakfast, and the friendly staff. Rooms are small but nice. Only thing we didn’t like was that there isn’t a lot of privacy for the bathroom, and no place to hang towels. But overall we loved it.

Hotel super cheiroso, quartos lindamente arrumados, cama ótima, café da manhã caprichado, servido pelo simpático Fred.
Localização ótima, perto dos principais pontos turísticos ( ao sair do hotel, pegue a direita e depois dobre na primeira rua à direita - uma rua cheia de guardas-chuvas) e aí é só seguir, atravessar a praça e vc estará na torre do relógio!)

Hotel is located in one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Cartagena, great vibe and lots of restaurants within short walking distance. Beautiful property, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and bar service very much. Lovely place to stay!

Excelente servicio y atención por el personal del hotel, comodidad absoluta, alimentación al gusto, infraestructura acogedora. Ubicación estratégica, cerca de la ciudad amurallada y lugares de entretenimiento. Solarium y servicio de bar para todos los gustos. Súper recomendado!!
