El hotel precioso, la atención muy buena pero no había agua caliente, no servía el teléfono, no había buena señal de internet el WC se descompuso y todas las noches música a un volumen muy alto de los bares de junto hasta las 3 am no pudimos dormir ni una noche

Habitación sin teléfono, las escaleras para ir a la habitación muy empinadas, la puerta no tenía llave de seguro y nos abrieron la puerta una mañana sin avisar a mi esposo y a mi. La cama muy blandita, la par es del baño no va al techo entonces todo se escucha, todo se huele y no tiene Estractor. Solo desayunos no tienen almuerzo.

Unfortunately, I had to buy experience doing the booking to this hotel
1-they cancel me the day before of my check with the excuse that the hotel was under construction
2-they gave me some options to send me to a different hotels with the same category
3-I just spoke with them and I asked them to cancel my reservation to avoid the penalty they say that they will do that and never get it done
I had to contact Orbitz ******* a couple times to get my money back. I had to contact the hotel many times and finally after a lot of work that I shouldn’t done the reservation is canceled.
This situation is not nice because from other country is hard to me to communicate with Orbitz and the hotel at the same time

Amazing property with sensational rooms, fantastic view over the rooftops. although it is located in the middle of all the buzz, the rooms are quiet and private. beautiful decor,delicious breakfast! A new favourite!

We pretty much loved the ambiance. That was pretty much it. When we arrived at our room there was a very big ball of hair on the floor. That first night I fell down going to the bathroom because there was a big puddle under the AC. This is something that happens all the time but we could have been warned. We had to ask for an extra floor mat to cover the puddle for the rest of the trip, as it was at the bathroom door.
There was noise all the time, specially at night.
The only way to enter the hotel is to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to open the door. They assure you that there is always going to be someone there to let you in. There wasn’t. We were left outside for 10 minutes and only because we were lucky that another guest was leaving and opened the door. We called and texted and got no answer. For 2 hours we could not find anyone who worked at the hotel.
The first day, the housekeeper who cleaned our room was extremely rude because we came in to the room as she was cleaning. Our whole experience in Cartagena was disappointing, and this hotel is the main reason why.
