Excellent facilities, privileged location within the walled city with easy access to various food places, very close to the Serrezuela shopping center. The rooms have good air and there is a swimming pool on the first floor and a small one on the roof

Despite this hotel being well located, cute and with excellent reception staff, it attracts a very low class of visitor which makes a stay for the average person unbearable. There were guests in our hotel who used ***** in public areas morning, afternoon and night. They sexually harassed women and held parties in their rooms all night. Sleep was impossible every night we were there. We observed what we believable was a drug dealer visiting the hotel to sell them more ***** and massage ladies also came to visit them. Despite our complaints to the hotel from the first day, this guest behaviour was tolerated. We saw other guests also complain. Whoever runs this hotel should be ashamed of themselves for putting their guests and staff through such a terrible experience. Do not book this hotel.

Very well located within the walled city, you can walk to practically all the attractions of this part of the city. Excellent value for money, they offer a good breakfast for a nominal fee, it has a small but nice pool and perfect for the heat. The rooms are very small but for walking and sightseeing you don't need much more and they also have a very convenient small refrigerator.

The staff who work there are extraordinary. Special mention to Ninijohan! This woman is a gem! She takes the time to chat with us and she helped us find interesting restaurants and activities! The swimming pool is a big plus! The third terrace is magnificent, but this pool lacks a little love! It's nice to end the evening playing billiards. The location of the hotel is perfect! 5 minutes walk from Getsemani. Note that the neighborhood in which the hotel is located is very interesting too! If you book a studio, it faces the street. Earplugs absolutely necessary.
