This exclusive family managed boutique ‘Palace’ type house with 10 ensuite rooms beautifully decorated with historical antiques from local Tunisia and their family heirlooms The rooms are great, all Breakfast items are freshly made on site by family members ( see pics) They have a pool, gym on the rooftop and many areas for relaxation and great view of the town It is pleasant to get up in the morning with smiles, greetings and friendly staff Its the BEST cosy B & B we have ever stayed having traveled around the world Worth more than its value. All areas of interest in La Marsa are within walking distance The owner’s son Taieb was very helpful when booking and upon arrival and during our stay The Family lives on site so no issue is too small for them to address. Sophia the Matriarch of the family was at hand to greet us on our first day at breakfast and took our orders and explained the various items she had made at home -e.g the various jams etc.Our favourites Salty crepe with egg and home made yogurt They also have a traditional Tunisian home in Sidi Bou Said -a Museum a must to visit. However Enjoy Dar Ennassim B& B boutique - you won’t find any place better than this Give 6 Stars out of 5!!! Thank you Taieb and your family for your prompt responses and patience and courtesy Nasir, Naaz , Alnasir & Tazmin Toronto Canada
Dar El Marsa Hotel & Spa

I came here for a drink with the intention of staying for dinner. The guard at the door went through my bag and made me leave my bottle of water at the door which was really annoying. You have to take the second lift to get to the rooftop bar. I got there just before 7pm, there was hardly anyone there but the waiter wanted to give me a table at the end of the pool. I asked to sit at a table with a view of the beach instead. I had a strawberry margarita for 19 TND. It came with olives which I sent back as I don't like them and some crisps which I nearly choked on since they were so spicy. I didn't really fancy anything on the menu so since nobody came over to see if I wanted anything as they were too busy chatting, I left about half an hour later and took a taxi down the road to Le Golfe to have dinner there instead.

Such a beautiful hotel to stay at in Sidi Bou Said! We stayed here two nights in early March in the Ottoman room. Awesome design with seaview as well as over the city. The balcony is great for sunset although we didn't use it too long as it was windy. Service was great and breakfast was quite complete with seasonal Tunisian fruits. We got introduced at breakfast to bsissa, so delicious! The only drawback was that breakfast was identical two days in a row. Location was a bit apart from the main touristical part of Sidi Bou Said but walkable. Good way to exercise after a meal! The park in front of the hotel is a nice spot to admire sunset over the city. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is good, the price is very good, the living is quite comfortable, if the sea view is perfect, the courtyard is slightly darker, but you will feel very surprised when entering
Dar Corniche la Marsa (Adults Only)

This little hotel is simply exceptional. The decor is classy and stylish; the location is perfect right next to the sea; the whole property is spotlessly clean; there’s fast free Wi-Fi and a superb breakfast includes; the room was very comfortable and blacked out entirely; the rain shower was superb .. and above all the warm, friendly family service exceeds most 5 star hotels. It’s located in an expensive residential area, a 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and the corniche in La Marsa. It’s around a €5 taxi ride from here to central Tunis, but a far calmer, cleaner and more pleasant location. Sat here with the waves lapping outside my window I cannot fault the place. Truly, truly wonderful. Recommended without a single reservation.

Breakfast is delicious, especially pomegranate jam, I like it very much, the waiter can send breakfast to the room, eat breakfast on the balcony, and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine and blue! The location of the hotel is particularly good, the room is very beautiful, not far from the hotel is the favorite web cafe. In short, if you give me a reason to come back to Tunisia, I will come to book this hotel again.
