We stayed here for 3 nights, the first night the power went down twice. there was only 1 working lift, which I had a buggy so I had to wait quite a long time to be able to fit inside the lift every time I had to use it. On the second night, I was given an apar**ent which smelled bad (I believe from the sinks). On the 3rd night there was a plate of food left in our room, which the food had mould and I had licked it without realising or expecting that from a 5 star hotel, I am pregnant so that also wasn’t the greatest. On the 4th day (check out day). There was a man cleaning the floors wearing all over body protective equipment and a mask meaning the product wasn’t the safest if inhaled or it made contact with the skin. My husband went for a swim as we were told we could still use the swimming pool and after being in the pool and also ingesting water he then realised there was product in the pool and we had to wait quite a while for someone to come over and say whether that was safe. Overall for a 5 star hotel not the best experience. Shocked and disappointed I still had to pay full price for this experience and all I got was “sorry”.
