"Apartment as described, however we were located in a part of the hotel with no view of anywhere. Lots of sounds in the hotel. Indoor pool with lots of children (maybe restricting the hours would be a good idea) Impossible to relax. Good breakfast, fresh products and always replenished, but small area for the number of people."

"For a 5-star hotel, I thought the facilities were those of a 4-star hotel. This hotel is in need of renovation, both in the rooms and in the Salinas restaurant, where breakfast is served. The floor of the room where I stayed has a very worn covering, and the sofa needs to be replaced. As for the breakfast room, practically all the chairs have their upholstery down. In my opinion, they should invest in renewing the infrastructure, because the Hotel has an excellent location."

"The house was great, the location was super central and there was a parking space in the garage. We made the reservation and they didn't inform us that check-in is not done at the apartment, when we got there the doorbell was broken and there was no information on the door. A man from a nearby restaurant told us to go to the hotel that belonged to the group to ask for help. We realized upon arrival that check in was done there, but no one informed us, so we lost 45 minutes with the check-in issue..."

"O hotel é, no geral, bastante bom, com boas instalações, mas peca por várias questões. Por um lado, tem uma clara falta de manutenção: a banheira tinha ferrugem, duas portas do quarto não abriam, a temperatura da água da piscina interior não é tão quente quanto desejável, o jacuzzi não funciona, um dos elevadores de acesso aos quartos esteve, pelo menos, 24h sem funcionar, o que gerava grandes filas, e poderia continuar... Por outro lado, ao nível de staff do check-in/check-out também houve várias situações pouco normais para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Quando se faz o check-in não dão quaisquer indicações dos serviços do hotel, temos de estar a ”puxar” pelo funcionário, duas colaboradoras estavam a fazer tranças a outra (?), ouvi um comentário menos positivo em relação a outro hóspede, foi-nos cobrado 12€ por algo que não consumimos (e nem conseguiam explicar o que era) e só depois de várias insistência disseram que ”se calhar” foi um erro... Pontos positivos: as piscinas exteriores são óptimas; a comida é bastante boa; o staff da zona de restauração também é impecável; a zona envolvente é incrível."

"Very spacious apartment with all the amenities available to spend a good day of rest. Only one minus point are the pillows (a lot but) the mattress already needs to be changed and the existing blanket has also had better days of washing."

"Hotel com boa localização e staff atencioso. A limpeza poderia ser melhorada e o quarto precisa de alguma remodelação/modernização. Tratando-se de um quarto com kitchenette, estes deveriam estar equipados com máquina de café - quando questionado na recepção o porquê do nosso quarto não ter máquina de café (tendo em conta que já teríamos ficado neste hotel noutra altura), foi-nos dito que nem todas as tipologias de quarto têm acesso a máquina de café."

"The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations. Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen. In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential."
