I stayed over the weekend in February & was absolutely impressed by the service I received. Check-in was quick and friendly! The breakfast was delightful. Katrina in the kitchen assisted me with all my needs. As a kitchen supervisor, to see the display and cleanliness in the breakfast/dining area at the hotel I was impressed. There was food being brought out fresh and the areas around the food were being kept clean. Katrina interacted with the guest and made us feel comfortable, almost nearly as if we were home! I would definitely recommend if you need a get away & good energy! Thanks Katrina for completing our stay!

I checked into this hotel 3 Sundays ago. I parked in front of camera on the side of building. Went up to the room, came back down and went to Walmart. Went back to room and was there about an hour. About 5:30 or so I was going to get some dinner. Someone had tried to break in my driver's side and passenger's front windows were cracked. My back passenger's window was busted and someone had opened my center console and glove box. I didn't want to have my vehicle parked there overnight so I talked to front desk person who said she would see about getting me a credit for the room since I didn't stay. I have called 5 times, leaving messages with person who answered the phone each time and last time was this Monday I left a voice mail on managers phone. Still no reply. I have an office in Cary since 2015 and have stayed at this hotel over 100 times. Yet they don't think I'm important enough to return my calls. Not a good way to run a business.

This review is hard to write. I stayed many times at this hotel pre-covid, and I loved it. Also, they frequently upgraded me as a platinum member, and it was the case again now as a titanium member. The summary: I want to like this hotel, but I really didn't like this stay or the room I was in. I have other stays already booked here in the coming weeks/months, I will avoid the last floor, hoping this property can make me happy again. During my pre-covid stays, I rated it as a 4. This stay felt more like a 2. The only reason I am ”upgrading” it to a 3 is because my room was upgraded to a suite. The plus: - I was upgraded to a suite on the last floor - The front desk and bar personnel is very friendly - The bed is comfortable - I like the style of the renovated room - Internet, when it works, is fast enough to watch movies or do any work The minus: - Some days, I was disconnected from the internet every couple of hours without being able to reconnect for 5-10 minutes, until it suddenly worked again. While it is not disturbing for leisure activities, it is quite annoying when you get disconnected during a work call. - When I checked in, I had 3 issues: the room phone didn't work, there was a constant 24/7 ventilation noise coming from the bathroom and the toilet was flushing by itself every hour or so. Maintenance came, fixed the toilet, and confirmed the phone was not working (without fixing it) and told me they ”cannot make a noise stop”. A couple of days later, a manager was at the front desk, so I told him I was not seeking any compensation or anything, I just wanted to be transparent on the issues rather than just posting a review online without saying anything. He sent another maintenance person to investigate. I had the most uncomfortable conversation with this employee. I showed the employee where the noise was coming from, and he just looked at me without saying anything. After 20-30 seconds of silence, I asked him: ”Do you hear it as well?” He confirmed, and said it is coming from my neighbors, to which I asked how it could come from my neighbor since the noise was less disturbing in the bedroom facing one neighbor, and in the entrance next to the other neighbor. Then he told me it comes from the neighbor on the other side of the hallway, to which I told him how is that possible since we don't hear the noise in the hallway. He concluded ”then it comes from the roof, there are a lot of things on the roof” without adding anything else. Since this discussion, or lack of discussion, was not going anywhere, I just asked him if he could fix the phone, which he did. - The A/C is very very loud. It didn't disturb me too much, I turned it off before going to bed, but a colleague staying at the same hotel told me it woke him up a couple of times during the night. If you are sensitive to noise, or if you need your room to be cold to sleep, avoid this property. - The last night I noticed the TV in the sleeping part of the room didn't work, but I h

We booked out stay with friends for the Carolina Hurricanes Game. Great location, close enough to the arena but also surrounded by many great restaurants. The hotel had a nice bar, that stayed open pretty late after we got back from the game. we will be going back if the price is right for our next hockey game. The service and cleanliness was great.

Just like any other Hampton Inn, with the exceptional and professional customer care from the reception desk staff, and Silvana, a lovely person, jack of all trades whom you will find during the breakfast service greeting everyone and making sure you're well taken care of, and also driving the hotel shuttle. I was there for business with an international group and she was very kind to our group members. Her Portuguese and Spanish skills came in very handy with our group. She definitely adds a human touch to the hotel.

Arrived via hotel shuttle to a hotel fire alarm. Had to wait outside of the hotel for 30 minutes. Once we were let inside, we were told they could not check us in b/c the computers were down. Came back 90 minutes later and the computers were still down. The A/C did not work our first night. The heat index was near 100 degrees that day. Upon check-in, we were told they had to go room by room and reset the A/C. We were gone for most of the day. Upon arriving back in the evening, the room temp was 77 degrees with the thermostat set at 65 degrees. Called the front desk around 10pm and they said they would have someone from maintenance come to the room to reset the unit. Waited 30 minutes & nobody came. Next morning went to the front desk and inquired about the A/C. They sent someone to reset the A/C unit in our room within 5 minutes. Not sure why they could not do it the night before.

The hotel staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself reminded me more of a motel, so I was not happy to have paid $120/night. It should have more been in the $89-$99 range. The area it was located didn't feel the safest (ie, I wouldn't have wanted to take a walk around after dark). The room itself was worn. It was clean and no bugs, but the safety lock on the door was missing a screw (which made it not as safe), the bathroom towel rack was separating from the wall, the door ran for a LONG time after you flushed it. There was a stain on the wall near the desk as if someone had thrown a pot of coffee against the wall. It was cleaned up but still evident. Interestingly, the desk assistant said there was a charge of $200 for smoking because it was a non-smoking hotel, but my room smelled of smoke (like it was in the carpet) and I smelled **** the second day I was there. The hotel was quiet - no people milling about outside or noise in the hallway (and my room was quite close to the elevators).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Wingate by Wyndham Garner/Raleigh South. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day of my departure, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the entire establishment.
The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere as I entered the hotel. The staff at the front desk greeted me with smiles and were helpful. In the room the linens were fresh, the surfaces were spotless, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. It was evident that the hotel placed a high priority on maintaining a hygienic environment for its guests. Throughout my stay, I also explored the hotel's facilities. The dining area, fitness center, and lounges were all clean and well-organized. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you can rest assured that your stay at this hotel will be an enjoyable and memorable one.

Outstanding
Arrived at 3 pm and have been told that room was not ready. I decided to leave luggage and join the pool while waiting. At 4:40 pm I received message that room is ready. This is absolutely not acceptable for the reputation of this hotel. When booked the room 2-3 weeks in advance I was interested in booking a Spa. Previously, I have been told that Spa is prioritized for hotel guests. When asked for the treatment availability, there was one 30 min targeted massage available and nothing else. That was surprising to hear. Visiting Umstead Spa previously, I experienced on multiple occasions 50 minutes massage for advertised 60 minutes treatment. They required you to be ready 15 min prior to your appointment and then showed past your start of the appointment time. It is worth money visiting Spa, however advertisement and their policy should be updated to clearly state the time of the actual treatment.
XXIAOYANMore than 10 hours from New York City, the car did not light off at the exit of 293, found this hotel area nearby, there are 3 hotels, this and the other are owned by Marriott, from Raleigh Uber 13 in the central area, we arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning, another best western hotel in the same hospital has to wait until 3 pm, but the front desk agrees to stay immediately, including breakfast, no need for any meal coupons, Marriott The hotel is fantastic! In addition, the house price changes very much every day, the double bed room on Saturday includes more than 640 inclusive of taxes, and the twin room on Sunday contains 4 early 539 tax, and Monday has become 800, including tax, I don't know why... .
GGuest UserMy husband and I are scouting out the area, and stayed here for 3 nights. It's a great hotel in a great area. Everything is close by--the city and suburbs--and it was a pleasant, comfortable stay. They offer breakfast ($8 for continental; $14 for buffet...it was worth it). Wifi is free. We requested housekeeping one of the days we were there. The front desk was helpful and friendly and accommodated us as needed.
GGuest UserI stayed in Raleigh a single night on my way to Columbia, SC. I picked this hotel based on reviews on Tripadvisor and paid with Hilton Honor points. I got a nice reception by the receptionist, including a bag with a couple of water bottles and snacks (being a Silver Hilton Honors member). The room was clean. Despite being in the direction of I-40, it was fairly quiet and I managed to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was the standard, good breakfast of Hampton Inn with a selection of cold and hot choices. The cooked choices were hot (and not cold, as I experienced the previous day in another hotel). The location was convenient, close to Route 1 with which I continued my journey to Columbia.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for three nights this past weekend. I received an email that I could check in online, so I did. As I confirmed the check-in, a notice showed up at the bottom stating there would be no housekeeping during our stay. For the prices we paid, this is unacceptable. We own several hotels as a side business and struggle with workers being hired like anyone else, but the rooms get cleaned. Covid is no longer an excuse. This is not an extended stay style property, and guests expect daily housekeeping. We did request it once to see, and nothing happened. The hot breakfast items were cold and unappetizing. I ate there the first day and didn't bother the next two mornings because it was so bad. The front desk team is not very friendly, and two of them could barely be bothered to get up from their seat to help us when we requested more towels. One said that we could have had housekeeping service if we requested it, but we tried that and we didn't receive it. The room overall was clean when we checked in, but there were certain areas that did not receive updates, such as the bathroom. Our tub faucet and handle were very worn and old; our shower pressure was quite good. The toilet flushed twice every time you flushed it. We had also reserved our room a year in advance due to college graduation. We were assigned a different room type. When we came back to the front desk, the attendant told us they were out of that room type. All of a sudden, he found one. What? The next day, we were talking to one of the front desk attendants and they could not find our name with our room number because the prior attendant never moved us in the system.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the country Inn and suites because it was one of the few hotels that would accommodate us for a long stay park and fly with our car. The car was going to be there for 20 days. The hotel is very convenient to the airport the breakfast was very nice. To service notes: They had no record of our request upon check in the night before for a shuttle for 1 o’clock. They informed us the shuttle driver was going to leave at noon and so we had to rush to get ready and board that shuttle to the airport. In the rush to board the shuttle I left a jacket in the lobby area. I called the hotel desk from the airport talked to the clerk who found the jacket and labeled it very carefully so that 20 days later when we returned it was there for me to pick up. Very nice work much appreciated.
GGuest UserI must say this place is amazing. The staff here is second to none. Convenient location. I highly recommend this motel to anyone. Prices right and huge rooms. I mean huge. A separate living type area separated from the bed room area. Thank you once again for a great stay. We have used this motel about 50 times in past year and half. Very convenient also to Duke medical center and university.
DDanielle Nikkole AndrewsWhen I got there, the front desk attendant told me that the room that I booked they didn’t have those types of rooms in their hotel. So I had to take two double twin bed rooms. Which was fine. Breakfast not great, only muffins, yogurts, and cheese & egg biscuits. They were short staffed so housingkeeping was not great. When I went both I found beer bottles and dirty towels behind things. When I checked out I told them that all that that we help tidy up things. Hotel was ok. Beds was comfortable. Great customer service and hope they find help soon.
LLola YI arrived for a one night stay at this Extended Stay location and was greeted by Angel at the reception. Due to the the circumstances (pandemic), there was no breakfast offered and there was plastic shielding hotel staff from guests. Angel quickly advised me that she was not ill, but was simply taking precautions with her face mask and large hand gloves (they were the kind I use to wash dishes at home). She also mentioned that the credit card keypad was sanitized, that the hotel was taking all precautionary measures. What I appreciated most were her professionalism, her calm demeanour and that she mentioned any assistance or questions I might have, she was there to assist. Many thanks to Angel for the warm welcome and for being of service during this time. The king bed was firm, just how I prefer, was very comfortable. In addition, the room was equipped with a kitchenette (I believe my room was 117 facing the back parking area). All in all, was a decent price for the amenities.
