Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, tout était super propre et la chambre assez grande lit et oreillers confortable, restaurant très bon. Rien à dire c’était vraiment pas dispendieux pour la qualité de l’hôtel et aussi à noter que la navette est gratuite pour se rendre ou arriver de l’aéroport, très bon service.

Do not stay here!!! As you can see in the reviews the airport shuttle is a scam. I messaged one week in advance to ask if I could be collected they asked me to message again a day before, giving no indication that it may not be possible. Then a day before they said the driver is unavailable because it is Eid, which I had pointed out 1 week before, and they didn't warn me that could be an issue. I managed to get a taxi from the airport, and asked them to reimburse me at the hotel they refused. Very sad to see hotels not rectifying their mistakes. I hate leaving bad reviews but I was really shocked to see they would not accept any responsibility. I have the messages as proof, there was no indication that the shuttle would be an issue. Otherwise I would not have booked here, it's the only reason I booked because I knew it would be hard to find another option on Eid. Also the rooms are not anything special you can get much cheaper in a better location.

Environnement sale, hôtel sale, draps sale, chambre sale, nos clients ont été très déçu de séjourner ici pour affaire. Horrible, très sombre et sale et trop cher le personnel est irrespectueux. Restaurant dégueulasse, verre sale, et nourriture douteuse. À fuire

The staff was amazing. They were very accomodating. They helped with any issues, transportation etc. The bathrooms were a bit aging but everything worked. The only thing is we saw a couple of bugs in our rooms but they staff worked to make sure our rooms were changed.
