"Let's start with the positives: it's well-located and very inexpensive, and the breakfast is very good. However, everything else is awful… located on a street lined with bars and nightclubs of dubious reputation, it's impossible to sleep. There's no soundproofing and street noise all night, every night. No housekeeping for three days. The mattress protector is plastic. The terrace has broken chairs, which serve as a toilet for pigeons. The shower gel and shampoo are of poor quality and sold in family-size bottles. Breakfast is good, with three options, homemade, but nothing changes from day to day. Be aware that only one coffee is included and no water. The finishing touches are disastrous: there's no door on the elevator. The lobby tiles are cleaned with excessive pressure at peak times, resulting in a guaranteed spill, and you get a disdainful look when you mention how slippery they are… The staff is unpleasant, except for the evening receptionist, who is lovely. Even focusing on value for money, it's far from satisfactory…"

"The hotel is a bit dated but the staff inside is great. They are very welcoming and caring for their guests. Everyone from the front office, the breakfast team, the pool team they are great. They have a great sense of hospitality and you can feel the care they have for you. We had a great stay thanks to the team. The pool was the only black spot. If you go there thinking to escape from the busy city and enjoy a relaxing day at the pool just forget about it. There is a chance you won't find place because is always overcrowded not from the guest in hotel but from outside guests. In fact the pool is open also to outsider, if you pay a certain amount you can enjoy the pool and lunch but the experience is nothing difference from a public swimming pool and is not relaxing at all. that's really a pity, sacrificing the experience of the guest in hotel who pay for the room to increase the revenue in the pool. "
