This hotel is not so bad. Its a budget hotel with low price in city center. If you have money i don t recommand it due city cemter has so many 5 star hotels. Anyway my experie ce has been good and its highly recommanded for weekend or packpackers

Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that despite my confirmed reservation, all rooms were fully occupied. Consequently, I was redirected to an alternate hotel, which unfortunately did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness. I addressed my concerns with the reception at the alternate hotel, expressing my dissatisfaction with both the room and the unsatisfactory relocation. However, the response was merely an apology, with no further assistance or offer of a refund provided. Faced with these circumstances, I ultimately chose to leave due to the lack of support and unresolved financial issue

There are six of us and reserved 3 rooms for a total of 5 nights. 1. Staff (The manager, Front Desk: Youness, and Hotel Staff: Mani) are very nice, helpful in giving us advice where to go and what to do in Casablanca, and arranged for taxis/transportation. Also, they provided bottles of waters during our stay. 2. Location: It is located in an old neighborhood, but safe and the hotel is walking distance to the main streets and the Zouk. There are very nice and inexpensive local restaurants that are walking distance to the hotel. Rates: are very reasonable.

I was badly betten during the night. In my own opinion, 100% bedbugs. The bathroom spreads a heavy modly atmosphere everywhere. Floors are unclened. The mattress is disgusting. The elevator is freaky. The place plays with its names to avoid clients to find the reviews on other platforms. Booked on ***********.
