Nice location, safe and convenient for hanging around the tourist attractions. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The restaurant staffs are very professional and very impressive “Kamal Ait chfi” was very helpful and noticeable to help, especially when we didn’t understand how to use the machines that have no English guide on it them. He’s very remarkable person. We recommend this hotel for sure!!!

The location is quite central with walking distance to tram stations. It is located near to the train station- Casa Voyagers as well.
We are allowed to store our luggage first as we arrived earlier.
The overall services are great and the hotel breakfast is quite ok.

The location of the hotel is just average. It is in the old city. You have to take a taxi to go anywhere, which costs about 30-50 dirhams. The environment is also OK. The room smelled inexplicably in the afternoon of the second day, but it was fine in the evening. What made me angry was that the yellow hat doorman of the hotel really had no good intentions. We wanted to call a taxi to the airport, and the front desk said that they would help us call it, which cost about 200-300 dirhams. The doorman came over and argued fiercely with him for about five minutes. I couldn't understand Arabic, but it was obvious that he wanted a higher price. He seemed to be living on it. In the end, we found a city taxi at the door and went to a meeting point, and then called a large taxi that could go to the airport again, which cost 300 dirhams in total. This is not a matter of money. This is a hotel that not only does not bring convenience to customers' basic travel, but also deliberately makes things difficult. It is simply the most outrageous person I met in Morocco in 10 days. Choose carefully!!!
