Hôtel qui ne tiens pas compte des réservations booking a l’arrivée on vous demande un supplément inadmissible.
Sdb froide, carrelage et joins à revoir. Lit trop dur. Et couette trop légère. Chauffage moyen.
Bref je ne recommande pas. Quartier bof.

Das Hotel hat einen familiären Charakter (Aufenthalt im Februar, Nebensaison). Alle Mitarbeitenden zeigten sich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Hotelmanager kümmerte sich persönlich und sehr sympathisch mit Rat und Tat um das Wohl seiner Gäste.
Leider ist der Bau so konzipiert, dass man jedes Wort und Geräusch vom Nebenzimmer mitbekommt

Great location. Stunning original Moroccan architecture. Dissapointed the hamam & spa was closed for refurbishment. Omelet was tasty at breakfast. Night concierge and reception staff were fabulous. Showed us the wat to restaurant bar with live music on our first night. Top evening!!!! Thank you

Struttura, purtroppo, vecchia e trascurata in una zona non bella. Il personale è gentile e sorridente. La doccia non aveva l'acqua calda. La colazione è fantastica con un ricco buffet e uova cotte al momento, forse la migliore del nostro viaggio. Il signore a colazione è professionale e disponibile. Wi-Fi velocissimo e prese in camera per ricaricare.

L’hotel non è come viene descritto, l’interno e la hall sono incantevoli, il personale alla mano (soprattutto l’addetto alle colazioni), condizionatore, tv, wifi, letto comodo e il bagno non male (ho avuto esperienze peggiori). Colazione buona ed abbondante (grazie per i datteriii)
