Le service laissait vraiment à désirer, c'est à croire qu'on ajuste installé quelqu'un dans une chambre, qu'il se débrouille pour le reste. Il n'y avait pas de bouteille d'eau dans les chambres (quand bien même on y a mis un bouilloire avec du café), les serviettes de bain étaient quant à elles pas vraiment propres.

The buffet content is passable, the customer once finished his breakfast gets kicked out of my room 😂

Check-in was a bit messy. I arrived at the hotel at three o'clock in the afternoon and barely checked in until five o'clock in the afternoon. It was said that the room was fully booked. I was really speechless. The hotel owner didn't even apologize.

Negative emotions from visiting this hotel. According to the hotel's rules, check-in is at 14:00, we arrived at 14:30. The room was not ready. I had to go to the front desk several times and remind myself. As a result, only at 16:30 we were given a room. Without any apologies or compensation. The hotel has centralized air conditioning. And our room had all the windows facing the sun, as a result the room felt like being in a heated oven. When we asked the workers to turn on the air conditioning and cooling, they answered that it was only mid-April and the most they could do was not supply heat to our room. :)))) And with the windows open, we actually slept on the roadway. The noise of the street and tram practically prevented us from sleeping.
