I arrived to the hotel and showed them my booking with Trip.com and they told me That they couldn’t find my reservation and asked to pay for my room again and put a caution as 200$ for the rooms .it was really bad experience . I travel from Tangier 4 h in the road and while arriving u scamming people like this . Shame on you Ibis for the low service and putting uneducated people in front desk. I Don’t recommend it to anyone.

This Ibis really has a bad experience, the room is small, there is a damp smell, the windows cannot be opened, we live on the first floor, and here is the same as the UK with the 0th floor, which is equivalent to the second floor. It is amazing that the location is not Nearshore is iscae. Local taxi drivers are very hard to find for a long time, and the price is not cheap. In addition, it costs 100mad to take a taxi to morroco mall.
The hotel I just landed in is near the Maritime Mosque. The taxi fare at the airport was only 350 amd, and after the counter-offer it was 280 amd.

Les toilettes sentait le pipi, les poubelles de la salle de bain non nettoyé, le matelas n’était pas propre.

I have stayed in ibis all around the world,but this has to be the worst stay i have ever had at ibis.The staff especially the young lady who booked us in.My god how unwelcoming she was.Not a great start to a trip we was looking forward to.My advice would be find another hotel,there are plenty.Its not worth the attitude angry faces
