Centrally located, good customer service at reception. Hotel a bit old and worn out with dark and not lit interior. Toilet is fortunately renovated. OK breakfast. Good for short stays.

Vous avez réservé sur internet en pensant venir à l'hôtel serein et bien non, la réception vous refuse la réservation parce que le tarif ne leur plaît pas et va vous demander de payer leur tarif de 159 dh de plus et de vous débrouiller pour vous faire rembourser par Trip.com. J'ai jamais vu celà auparavant. Sinon, un cafard dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

HOTEL DA EVITARE. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO Siamo arrivati alle 23 e abbiamo avuto l'amara scoperta che avevano dato via le nostre camere. Hanno giustificato la cosa dicendo che non avevamo risposto alle loro chiamate quando, in realtà, erano stati loro a non rispondere ai nostri messaggi di richiesta conferma del transfer. Inoltre, quando siamo arrivati, altre persone erano alla reception con il nostro medesimo problema

I reviewed this hotel because it is the lowest rated in Morocco. When I entered the lobby I thought I was in the wrong hotel it looks so luxurious! I got into my room and everything looked perfect, my room was very clean and bathroom also. The balcony had great views and I accidentally locked myself out! You might be wondering why I only gave 4 stars? This is because of BREAKFAST, no hot food, not many options and I was given a rotten egg 🥚 Sorry but not sorry 😉

E una brutta esperienza. Un Alberico che sconsiglio a chiunque. Accoglienza arrogante. Essendo Italo Marocchino e parlando pure arabo il servizio e pessimo. C’erano ragnatele e scarafaggi sua in bagno e dappertutto. L’albergo e sporco e puzza di fognatura. Ho visto la proprietaria trattare male e arroganza un addetto che puliva a mani nude le scale. Uno schifo totale. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Non rappresentano l’albergo. Meglio leggere le recensioni cosa che non ho fatto purtroppo è che confermano la mia esperienza ..

Disgusting hotel, terrible unfriendly staff, dirty rooms with mold and terrible smell, they don’t even have towels in the room, they have some water inside of the soap dispenser instead of soap, moreover manager shouted at me, I HAVE PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMA after this hotel!!! NEVER GO THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RUIN YOUR EMOTIONAL STATE AND HOLIDAYS. The only positive thing about this hotel is a charming lady who was cooking Moroccan crepes

Excellent location and good breakfast BUT small cockroaches 🪳 on the corridors, sink blocked in room and a just single small towel on a double room. Front desk didn’t have the best reaction when confronted with the issues.

La réception que ce soit face ou au téléphone sont très agréables, irrespecteux et non efficace. Si vous pensez à les appeler, n’y songez pas parce qu’il vont raccrocher au nez au plein milieu d’une conversation. Et si vous attendez un retour de leur corps administratif n’y comptez pas.
