Meilleur accueil au Maroc, venant de cet appart hotel, mention spéciale à tout le personnel, des réceptionnistes en passant par les femmes de ménage et enfin les voituriers. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme à la maison. La suite était juste exceptionnelle . Merci encore à Rachid vraiment on a était traité comme dans un 5 étoiles. Nous reviendrons c’est certain 👍🏽👌🏽👌🏽👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽

Das personal sehr freundlich und die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Direkt in der City. Leider mangelt es wohl an Handtüchern, denn pro Zimmer gibt es nur eins. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Parkplätze bekommt man vorm Hotel ohne Probleme. Der Geldwechsel im Hotel ist nahezu identisch mit dem bei den Banken bzw change office. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.

酒店房間大，價格不高。酒店位置距離車站與景點都有不太方便，衹能打車。酒店有2個男服務員，一個年紀大一點的服務非常好，熱情、主動幫忙。儘量避免讓年輕一點的為你服務，否則就會影響你後面的心情。

Hotel location was great very close to city center. Right outside is the tramway, so easy and efficient access for public transport. Front desk and security were excellent and good service. Rooms a little old, needs slightly maintenance. Breakfast was good, simple type. But enough to start the day. But on the whole a good hotel and good location.

To start with good I must say bed was very comfortable, we had daily cleaning and change of towels. Everything else is far from what is on the pictures and description. Here Hotel Spa, in there different name in front of hotel, inside of hotel. There is no spa service or fitness facilities, sound proof rooms are a joke! You can hear street notices, doors shutting, lift like it’s all happening in the room. There is a kitchenette but only one of plate, cup and cutlery. We only made tea there. Breakfast was very basic, very limited choice, only hot food was fried eggs that were dry by 10am, water down coffee.

Prestation SPA inexistant car fermer !!! Pas de petit déjeuner ni de restaurant disponible pour prise repas à l’hôtel pas de sac poubelles dans salle de bains pas de sachets café ni thé en signe de bien venue service étage inexistant commande faite avec un prestataire extérieur en livraison jusqu’à l’hôtel le point positif le réceptionniste accueillant et souriant très aimable
