Simple and clean hotel that is close to the main sights. Soundproofing of the windows from the Main Street is not as good so you might hear some noise at night. Staff was nice and the lobby is beautiful but service can be improved to make this a better experience. We asked if the hotel could help provide an umbrella as it was raining heavily but the reception simply replied that they did not provide umbrellas without offering alternative places to get one.

The hotel was nice and check in was easy. The rooms were beautiful just like the pictures! Shower was hot enough and the towels were huge, new and fluffy. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. I ate one day and opted out the next day. Sweetopia a few minutes away in Mega Mall has great breakfast! This hotel is walking distance to the Medina and a mosque. Would stay again!

When traveling for business, safety comes first. This hotel is recommended by customers. Stayed for a few nights and felt really good.

The service attitude of the staff was excellent and they gave me a lot of help. However, the location of the hotel and the design of the room do not reach a five-star rating in my opinion. It is barely four stars. The so-called sea view really cannot be used as a selling point. The sea is very far away, and the close view is a large area of short, old and dilapidated houses, which greatly ruins the scenery. In addition, the perfume in the room is too strong. I personally don't like such a strong smell.

The room size is comfortable. The service is friendly. We absolute enjoyed the stay. The restaurant on the ground floor served great beef steak and Hassan provided great service. (They are also open during Ramadan). The location is close to everything. Minor thing was mini bar had nothing but tea bags which could be a little bit disappointing. But a Carrefour is nearby and you will be able to get anything pretty easily.
