The location and service are good. Hotel is close to the train station. The staffs are helpful and fully supported. The bathroom is small. There is no lift but they put us on the first floor as early notification. Food is also good.

Clean and tidy room with a balcony. A beautiful view from the terrace. The hotel is very close to Casa Port Train station with about 10 minutes walk. Also located in the old Medina, walking around and heading to the tower and beach. Staff are very helpful and friendly to give you any information. Very enjoyable to stay a few nights there

The hotel is situated near Casa Port train station. Many eateries nearby & walking 15 minutes to the Hassan 15 mosque. Marina Mall is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff area friendly.

Very close to the central train station in Casablanca, Morocco. The front desk service is good. The room is small but clean. The breakfast is simple. Booked for two consecutive nights.

The location of the small hotel is very good, right in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes walk from the Hassan II Mosque. The room has a small terrace, which is very pleasant to watch the night view of the city center at night. The Hassan II Mosque can be seen from the hotel's rooftop. The breakfast is quite delicious. It is a very convenient small hotel. Highly recommended.

- The hotel is well located, being very easily accessible from Casa Port station;
- Good breakfast;
- Nice view;
- Water bottle in the room was already open;
- We had a change of towels on the last day but the room was not cleaned;
- Window insulation is non-existent. I saw it mentioned many times in the reviews that the sound insulation is poor but it should be noted that the room was quite cold as the window didn't close properly;
- Cabinet door suspended on a hinge, the others were broken and loose;
- Poor finishes in the toilet, lack of paint, ventilation duct full of dust, visible and stained pipes and a loose electricity socket;
- Light from the hallway enters the room through the window above the door, plus light from the TV and socket which are uncomfortable for sleeping.

Price is king. Many people still stay here even though they know the hotel is very bad because it is cheap. The shabby Ibis next door can be bought for nearly 500. There is also half a bottle of water left in the room. The whole room is very dirty, with patina in many places, which is really disgusting.

The location is very convenient to Hassan II Temple can walk 20 minutes or so walk to a nearby local shopping mall supermarket is about 12 minutes
To the train station and convenient 10 minutes.
Seeing the cheap price, I expected the general quality, but very happy the room was upgraded, with a sunny table, Although older, but good value for money,
Walk down for 5-10 minutes, there are also locals market is very lively

The hotel is in the old town, not far from the main road, with a superior geographical location. It takes more than 5 minutes to walk to Casa Port Railway Station, which is very convenient to take the train to the airport. It is very close to Rick's Cafe, a popular check-in spot, and a 20-minute walk to the famous Hassan II Mosque. There is also a large shopping mall nearby, many restaurants and cafes around, as well as traditional markets, with a strong atmosphere of life. The hotel provides breakfast, which is very good.

It is located in the medina, close to Casa port station. Therefore, it is a bit noisy, but it is good for a short stay.

Facilities: This is a hotel with a sense of age. The facilities are quite old. There is a little smell when the room is opened, but it is fine after opening the doors and windows. Maybe there are fewer tourists during this period.
Sanitation: Very clean, but the facilities are relatively old.
Environment: The location is very good. There are commercial buildings around. You can shop inside. There are various restaurants and large supermarkets. It is also within walking distance from the mosque and the beach. It is very close to the main road. You can take a taxi about 50 meters away from the main road. It is quite convenient.
Service: The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. Breakfast is served at the coffee shop next door. The traditional Moroccan breakfast is delicious. The room rate is very cheap, including breakfast. The location is also very good. The only drawback is that the facilities are relatively old.

Frankly the manager was very rude and contemptuous
He really disgusts me or not to change hotels knowing that I had a paid reservation until Saturday.
Zero in the hotel business for me, contemptuous, he speaks badly to the customer (the Manager Rachid) no politeness or zero welcome (judgment of appearances and racism)
I am very very disgusted.
And I would like you to take this statement into account.

It was beyond my imagination. I didn't have high expectations at first, but after entering the room, I felt pretty good. It's not big, but the basic facilities are all there. You need to bring your own toiletries and slippers. You can smell the salty Atlantic breeze when you open the window, and there are a lot of seagulls. The front desk is a black man who only knows French, but he is very enthusiastic. I asked him to help me move the suitcase to the fourth floor by gestures (the stairs in this hotel are really good to take pictures, haha. It's a ten-minute walk from Medina, a ten-minute walk from a large supermarket, and 15-20 minutes to the Hassan II Mosque. It's relatively convenient to travel, especially to the train station. You can take a train directly from Marrakech or the airport to the port station and then walk to the hotel in just a few minutes! If I have the chance to come to Casa again, I will definitely choose their place
