I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

We stayed here on the second night of our stay in Sigouniang Shan. We moved from Valatom to here coz one of the staff could speak English. The service here is very good and that makes our lives easier though we were charged 10 RMB for this.

Very good location for Shuangqiao Valley 雙橋溝 Very good service, I required bus tickets specific time to Chengdu that they managed for me and took me to bus station Very good quality of food.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The drinks and food are delicious. The yogurt is very good. I eat it every day. The room is clean with an oxygen machine. The bathroom has complete facilities. The owner speaks English and dropped me off at the bus station. He was very nice.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the Changpinggou ticket office, which makes it very convenient. This is my second time staying here, and I’m sure there will be a third!

One of the best thing about Chang Ping Inn is the staffs. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and helpful. They explained the while things to is; where to go and what to do around here. The staffs even assisted us to book a cab to Zhuangxiaogou and even drove us to the bus terminal to take us back to Chengdu. The room was fine, hot water was working well as well as floor heating system. I personally recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a heartwarming environment :)

The room was clean and warm. I’m not sure if she was the owner, but she took great care of us and ensured we had everything we needed. The location is not far from Shuanqiao Valley and the restaurant served excellent hot pot. The coffee in the morning was also great! We’ll definitely return when the weather is warmer.

I’m happy to stay here. Staffs are good service and take care of us all the time. There is near Chang Ping Gou. I can walk to there about 4 minutes. I don’t know how to explain it all. I love here and I want tell you thank you very much for everything. I am very impressed. 😁

nice hotel. the staff were very helpful. near Changping gou, just 5 minute walk. Yak hot pot is very good. a yogurt with small balls on top that is really good. I don't know what it's called but i love it.

Highly recommended+++ 1.Room ＞ Cozy and comfortable (underfloor heating in the winter) . 2.Location ＞ near ChangpingGou ticket office (you can go by walk around 10 minutes with beautiful scenery). 3.Price ＞ Good for a budget and Good quality. 4.Staff ＞ Good service, friendly and can speak English. 5.Local hotpot yak meat or chicken soup is very delicious . 6.The view out my window is my greatest pleasure.

The hotel staff is so responsive via Wechat, since I and my friend asked about how to go to Shuangqiaogou from the hotel. When we arrived, we got very warm welcome from the hostel owner, and they speak English fluently. The room is very clean, heated floor and I got sleep very well. There’s a restaurant at downstairs which they serve hotpot, some easy foods like kinds of fried rice and noodles, and cafe. Fried rice with eggs, Yak yoghurt and Yak noodles are so tasty. I didn’t try hotpot, but I believe that it’s good too. On the day we left, the staff help me to contact to the bus that I gonna take to Chengdu, and they drove us to the bus pickup point. I really appreciated it 🥰 Really really recommend this hotel.
