Hotel Munin Furano Reviews

The room was rather spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. The size of the toilet was acceptable, typical of Japanese hotels'. Surprisingly, the toilet came with very comprehensive instructions to operate the bidet, which I had not encountered before in my trips to Japan and I greatly appreciated that. The entire place was very clean, and we could take the tote bags in the room home. The room came with humidifier to manage the dry air at Furano; just had to refill the water tank. While the room was situated across residences, we had been advised to pull down the blinds for privacy. There was no phone in room to contact the concierge but not necessary anyway during our stay since the place was relatively small. The lounge was great where guests could make their own complimentary coffee (from beans) and tea (from leaves); we could choose the flavour of the tea based on options of the leaves given (did not try the coffee during my stay). There were no English instructions to operate the separate washing machines and dryers (2 washing machines and 2 dryers available at level 4) but could easily Google translate the Japanese instructions on the devices. Unfortunately the dryer was not strong enough to dry my clothes for 30 min (100 yen) so I had to do an additional round to dry them.

The room is clean & quiet. The bed & pillows are just right.

Conveniently located in the outskirts of Furano, free onsite parking but limited. So do come earlier for check in.

Nice hotel with very good amenities. Near to ski resort. Few parking around the hotel. Forget to try their onsen tho.

My boy love the marshmallow that they provide for free in the lobby. He can bring it out and roast it on the fireplace.

Great location and decent breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Large room and good service

Close to town area, hotel is clean and quiet. Counter staff very helpful.

Wonderful! We are so happy to have stayed here. The front desk service was so excellent, we received much help for our stay. The hotel room was also clean and comfortable. Service was good as we forget to put “clean up please” on our first day but they provided us new clothes, towels and toiletries by hanging them outside our doors. We are very touched by the service. The laundromat also has washing machine and dryer which are very easy to use. It is also located near the bus stop and the Kitanomine ski area. Excellent! We are very happy :)

Great hotel

舒服，放鬆的大堂空間，可以自己手冲咖啡或者香氣樸鼻花茶對著小型花園enjoy refreshment, 有小型澡堂，房間箅大，早餐豐富，酒店雖然小型，但係應該有嘅都有，可以自己手冲咖啡非常impressed

The environment is quiet and you can run outside, which is very comfortable. There is a common room in the store where you can enjoy coffee or tea and desserts freely. There are also games such as UNO and card games that you can borrow and play.

I highly recommend this hotel. The bed was especially good and firm, so I slept well. The room had an air purifier, clean towels, and ample amenities. However, there were stains on the floor and chairs, so I'd give it a -1.

The room is clean and tidy. There is free coffee in the underground lobby and the environment is comfortable!
