"The service at the hotel was excellent, and every staff member was very attentive. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the staff kindly carried our luggage up to the room for us. We don’t speak much Chinese and this was our first time visiting China, but the staff spoke English very well. At first, we were quite worried since most people usually speak Chinese, but the staff supported us in every way—they helped us call for transportation, recommended food, and guided us with travel plans. The hotel’s food and drinks were also delicious—everything we tried tasted great. Overall, we were extremely impressed. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back to stay here again."

"I can’t recommend this place enough! 😊 I stayed here for over a week and honestly didn’t want to leave. Beta is amazing!!! The friendliest and most caring host you could meet. English speakers can be hard to find in the village, so having her there made everything so much easier and she truly made my stay to feel like HOME. This place has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, and as a solo traveler I felt safe, supported, and connected the whole time. If you’re visiting this ******* village, this is the place to stay!"

"The hotel is located right in front of the park, just about 200 meters away—super close and convenient. However, the service wasn’t very satisfying. There’s no elevator, so guests have to carry their luggage up and down by themselves to check in, and the rooms are on the upper floors. It was especially difficult to bring down a large suitcase when checking out, and no staff came to help. Due to the language barrier, we mistakenly ordered two pots of rice instead of one. The restaurant only provided one, but unfortunately, they didn’t offer a refund."

"The hotel's location is just average. It's in a somewhat isolated stretch of road with no shops or restaurants nearby, so you have to drive whenever you want to eat or buy anything. The receptionist was very friendly and her service attitude was excellent. Upon entering the room, there was a strong, distinct chemical/rubbery smell. The staff explained it was from recently installed sunshades that had been aired out. We opened the windows and doors to ventilate, and the smell eventually faded. Later in the evening, the shower drain got clogged, but the staff promptly came to fix it. It was cold up on the mountain, and for some reason, the room's AC unit couldn't be switched off entirely; we could only set it to heating. Overall, the stay was just average and didn't offer good value for money."

"This hotel offers excellent service with incredibly friendly staff who even prepared some snacks for me upon arrival. The room was beautiful and clean, completely smoke-free, and the bathroom was spotless. Even though I barely speak any Chinese, the staff went out of their way to assist me. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from scenic spots and even helped me arrange transportation back to Chengdu, which made the trip incredibly convenient. The staff provided full support in every aspect. If I have the chance, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"The service was excellent. The hotel is very beautiful, and all the staff provided outstanding service. They always asked about our needs and were ready to help with everything. I really wanted to stay for two more nights, but we had to move on to another place. I loved it so much. "The hotel lobby was clean, spacious, and well-lit. Complimentary tea was available at the front desk. The service was exceptional – the staff were not only friendly but also highly efficient and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help. It offers excellent value for money. Parking is free, and they even reimburse any parking fees. I had a very satisfying stay! It's located right next to the scenic area and within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!"

"The room was very spacious. We arrived late at night, and the owner upgraded us to a family room. Facilities: Everything you could need, including a humidifier in the room and a powerful hairdryer! There's also a laundry room upstairs. Environment: Clean and tidy, with a beautiful view. You can see the scenery right from the window. Service: The owner was so kind 🥹 We arrived by car late at night. After parking, we found a nail in our tire and it was flat. The owner immediately helped us change to the spare tire (so touched!). Convenient parking right in front of the hotel, perfect for self-driving. Rooms with a view and great value for money! Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍"

"Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The room is comfortable and clean. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel which can be a bit hard with a large backpack but it's fine. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!"

"The hotel is very new. The rooms have floor heating, an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and even warm air in the bathroom – so thoughtful! The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept great at night. The staff were very friendly and could help arrange transportation to Shuangqiao Valley and Chengdu. Breakfast was provided daily; although the dishes didn't change much, they were delicious, and the coffee was good. A fantastic stay. Highly recommend!"
