Very convenient location

The price of the hotel is favorable. If you book earlier on Ctrip, it will be more favorable. It is clean and tidy. The service at the front desk is good. The female manager at the front desk is very professional. She has strong English communication skills and is very professional in asking for help. The location is good, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The small balcony can dry clothes, which is very convenient.

poor cleaning I found bedbugs on the bedding and showed them, but they didn't admit it staff very unfriendly This is the first time I've seen an employee who doesn't even say hello when checking in for the first time. Is it a 4 star accommodation?

Very good location, with easy access to tourist attractions. Comfortable rooms, satisfactory bathroom. Breakfast with good variety. The cleanliness and reception service leaves something to be desired.

Non so se per il fatto che viaggiavo da solo ma anche questa volta mi è capitata una camera doppia uso sigola senza balcone, con vista interna sui gruppi frigoriferi e quindi rumorosa, sovrapprezzo ovviamente pagato. Ho chiesto subito alla Reception di essere spostato da un'altra parte che guardasse magari verso l'esterno ed avesse un balcone (lontano dalla zona motori frigoriferi per capirci) ma non hanno sentito ragioni e mi hanno lasciato lì dicendomi che avrebbrero staccato tutto la notte... come se i frigoriferi o i condizionatori nella notte fossero tutti spenti... piccola bugia... risolto con l'uso di tappi per le orecchie. Per quanto riguarda la camera effettivamente è bella, forse un pò di polvere qua e là ma poca. Un problema con la doccia che non scaricava adeguatamente e quindi mi sono lavato tipo la "venere del Botticelli" su un lago... a parte questi piccoli contrattempi nulla da dire, il tutto nella norma, anche il cibo. Un problema è l'area dove si mangia che è molto piccola e se c'è un picco di visitatori, come nel mio caso con giapponesi (uno sciame di persone), si deve un pò avere pazienza, aspettare per sedersi magari lontano dal buffet ed aspettare che il personale riesca a pulire i tavoli ed alimentare il buffet. In ogni caso, devo dire, personale veloce e cordiale.

Excelente estancia. Si vais a visitar Casablanca recomiendo aloj**** en este hotel en centro de la ciudad. Personal es muy amable desde la dirección hasta las limpiadoras. Especialmente en la recepción Sr. Ayoub y Sra. Karima. Hotel en si es acogedor, limpio y las habitaciones muy espaciosas.
