Rezalet bir yer odalar fena değil büyüklüğü fakat hizmet sıfır .3 saatte iki bardak getiremediler. su ısıtıcısı yok bardak yok.

不推薦這家酒店。服務差，酒店房間沒洗漱用品，還把我自己的牙膏扔掉了，讓前台送牙膏，送了兩天都沒送來。廁所紙巾連續兩天沒放。外賣不讓拿進酒店，衹能在外面吃了再進來。這是我住的體驗感最差的酒店。

房間很大，服務好，衞生也很好，出行交通便利，附近也有中餐廳，如果商務出差客户很好找到這個酒店，設施稍微有點舊，值得推薦。

We were diverted to this hotel by Moroccan Airlines after they messed up our flight connection. The hotel looked nice and the room looked clean and was a good size. Then we found the water dribbled out of the taps and we could not wash or shower. We decided to go down for dinner. What an utter disaster. It was a buffet. The food was of really poor quality, was cold and three out if 6 trays only had dregs in them. Tables were not cleared so there was nowhere to sit. We had to clear a table and set it ourselves. Our voucher from the airline said we were to have full board. We asked for water and we’re told it was extra. We argued the point but got nowhere. We ate out at Rick,s bar the second night and had a fantastic evening. I have no idea how this hotel got its star rating and would not recommend it to anyone. I suspect they depend on the airport for their business as must of the people we saw there were from the airport. Avoid if possible.

Struttura vecchia, qualche personale gentile, altri senza voglia di lavorare, 12 volte chiamata verso il centralino nell'arco di un'ora e mezza, nessuno ha risposto, ho dovuto scendere per prenotare il taxi per l'aeroporto, mi hanno detto che avevano tanta gente davanti al banco, peccato che neanche una persona era davanti al banco, ma neanche il tutta la hall, asciugarmi macchiati, non ben puliti.

This is a pleasant enough hotel, with room 802 being very large. The bathroom is a bit dated, and the tub a menace to get on and out of, and prone to flooding, but this review is more of a warning: Don’t book the 02 line because there is a public square area below it, and the neighborhood teenagers play soccer late at night, shouting the whole time. Actually this happened during the day as well. Others have mentioned the pluses and minuses of this hotel accurately, but this annoying noise issue had not been mentioned.

La struttura completamente nuova, le camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort, letto davvero grande e comodo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione abbastanza comoda per girare Casablanca e molto vicina alla stazione Casa voyageurs.

Séjour de 3 nuits fin février 2024. Température de 25 à 30 degrés dans la chambre. Je demande à mettre la climatisation : on me répond que la climatisation est en standby. Je me suis donc résigné à dormir la fenêtre ouverte au bruit des klaxon et avec l'odeur de pollution. Super reposant quand on doit aller bosser le lendemain. La connexion internet est catastrophique. Tout juste assez pour relever les mails et encore. Comptez 45 min à 1h pour recevoir votre commande au room service. Pour le reste ça va ; la literie est bonne et le petit déjeuner très bon.

It’s a lovely hotel; lobby is cute and clean. Hotel rooms are nice and spacious and bathrooms are big. Amenities for the room are great. Bed and pillows were a little too soft but comfortable.
Staff didn’t come to the room twice when they said they would send someone to retrieve the bags from the car and to bring the luggage cart. Biggest con is the price of breakfast 200Dhm for a small selection of food items at their breakfast Buffett.
