Les chambres notamment la 105 La fenêtre ne joint pas,grand espace en haut donc bruits de la rue,bar animé ou boite de nuit,je n ai pas été voir. Pas très propre La salle de bain wc qui bouge,lavabo avec cheveux,sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas….. Petit déjeuner pas prêt à l heure d’ ouverture Wc hall d accueil très sale Le personnel sympathique pas de possibilité pour payer en carte à l arrivée Le personnel a appelé un taxi pour nous emmener au restaurant sauf que celui ci nous a conduit ailleurs pas à l endroit voulu Bref pas une bonne expérience

Le personnel est gentille, mais la structure très très sale mauvaise odeur qu’il arrive dans la salle de bain impossible de dormir, sans ouvrir la fenêtre, plein de poussière dans la chambre et la terrasse inaccessible à cause des pigeons . il y a de mieux. je ne le conseille pas.

Dilapidated hotel.. go and check before saying it's a 4 star.. the shower leaves a lot to be desired less than 20 cm without a door, dirty and outside full of pigeons the balcony is the right place to catch a nice illness.. I also have to spend two hundred letters to leave the review

Review It was the worst hotel experience. Dirty hotel with pigeon feathers in the room, dirty bathroom and under renovation, NOT SAFE (photo below), in a terrible area, with reception staff, the blond boy with glasses, really rude. He treated us with disdain/snobbishness and presumption when we arrived, without explaining anything to us (breakfast times for example). Furthermore, when I asked for explanations regarding a lamp in the room with exposed electrical wires, he was unable to make a decision and change our room. The French window on the balcony was broken and unsafe, to my complaint the blond boy with glasses at the reception responded to me by saying that it was "safe" and also making heavy and racist insinuations regarding the fact that we were not in Naples in Italy, miming that people are shot in Naples. I would like to point out that in Casablanca, despite the "safe" city, our cell phone had just been stolen. My fiancé and I are Italian and I can assure anyone that Naples is absolutely not as described by the gentleman with obvious problems of prejudice towards Naples and Italians. Furthermore, the nice and kind gentleman snatched the room card from my hand. What else can we say, as great gentlemen we paid for the room the next morning also for the agreed nights and left! Furthermore, payment by debit card was not possible. Is everything ok with Booking??? The photos on Booking/Tripadvisor are really misleading, it is absolutely not as shown. Not recommended

Hotel à taille humaine et familiale je le conseille petit déjeuner excellent accueil chaleureux à faire emplacement central à casablanca hôtel de qualité avec des prix attractif agréable séjour dans la capitale
