Qualified staff available and always attentive! The new superior rooms are well done! The carpet is no longer present but a splendid parquet, totally modernized! Negative note forget the wardrobes, they have been removed and replaced with metal shelves that give a sense of disorder and in the shower there is no longer a shampoo shelf! Too bad because it makes the room uncomfortable!

Personale pessimo la ragazza della reception mi ha dato della ladra dopo 12 anni che sono cliente non mi hanno aperto il cancello perché pensava che volessi scappare con tanto di portafoglio in mano e ho speso la bellezza di 600€ perché noi ci fermavamo sempre 5/6 giorni non siamo clientiucci da 4 soldi mi sento molto offesa non ci vedranno mai più

L'hotel non rispecchia la categoria a cui appartiene. La struttura e gli arredi sono datati. La pulizia carente. Il personale è cordiale ma ho prenotato una camera a 140 euro e mi sono ritrovata in una stanza con la moquette vecchia e oltre che macchiata, sporchissima, così come pareti e mobili. Ho chiesto che mi venisse cambiata e gentilmente è stata accolta la mia richiesta ma la situazione non è migliorata, stanza ugualmente vecchia e sporca, nel bagno puzza, infatti sulla tavoletta c'erano tracce evidenti di pipì asciutta, capelli agli angoli del pavimento. Lavabo e bidet tappati,non defluiva l'acqua. Insomma un incubo. Costretta a rimanerci per quella notte ho accettato la situazione. L'indomani alla reception mi è stato detto che l'albergo verrà restaurato e già ci sono delle camere nuove. Ottimo, ma la pulizia? E poi perché oggi spacciare una bettola per un albergo 4 stelle? Al momento del pagamento mi sono state scontati 20 + 10 euro per il cagnolino che avrei dovuto aggiungere. Ma ho cmq pagato 120 euro per una notte da incubo.
