"A fantastic little room, the cleanliness couldn’t be better, the person who greeted us for check in didn’t speak much English but was more than happy to spend time with us translating and ensured everything was up to par for us, which it was and more. Not too far from a good pizzeria and the train station for napoli etc. The aircon was powerful and cold, as was the mini fridge. Highly recommend and would stay again if i am in the area again."

"Wonderful upscale B&B on the second floor of an old building in the heart of Caserta and only steps from Reggie Costello. Lovely owner Anna Maria and Rosa took very good care of us for our breakfasts, served in the room. Very modern and spacious accommodations and recommendations for walk-to restaurants. We would highly recommend this very well-run place ( Anna can be brisk but she is “ spot on” and manages the place expertly) if you are visiting the sites South of Rome. Look no further as it can’t get any better than this and the price/value is incredible. Best wishes always to Anna, Rosa, and Ivan!"

"Stayed here for one night while my family of 4 adults travelled across Italy. We really enjoyed this hotel and the area. Parking was a tricky, and hard to find. The room was huge and we had lots of space for our luggage. Walked around town which was great and we felt safe. Nice clean bathroom and linens. AC worked great as it was a very hot day. Excellent service and breakfast was included just around the corner at a small restaurant. While in town, def check out the palace grounds"

Is 10 min walk from Reggia di Caserta and train station giving you opportunity to have good cappuccino and croissant in the morning on the way. Trains from Caserta to Napoli are every 15-20 min, making it great spot for visiting the region. Dont forget to see Caserta Vechia - small medieval borgo 15 min from the appartment. Owners very nice and will feed you with all informations that can make your stay more interesting."

"I titled the review "ni" because this structure has so many strength points but a great deficiency. Force points: location, detail of furniture care, cleaning, friendliness . Great deficiency: breakfast. We stayed 2 nights, The first morning there was nothing to drink, then on request a bottle of water for four people came out, the second morning nor that. I don't eat the croissants, so the first morning I left it and warned that the next morning Then I was not prepared for me, but I was not offered anything, but the counted breads and marmelades (one per head). Breakfast, as I am used to, can also be good but not in a structure that wants to be of a level and that is not really economic."

"Sometimes the measure of the quality of your stay is how well your host handles an unexpected problem. By this measure, the Caserta Deluxe Bis deserves 5 stars. The morning of our two-day stay, the apartment we had booked lost water service due to a water main break. Michele, our host, was very apologetic and immediately arranged for alternative lodging at his other property, Caserta Deluxe. He secured free parking for us in the very busy area of this other property, drove us to our visit at the Caserta Royal Palace the next day, then walked us to the ticket office. He also moved us to our originally booked flat after the water problem was fixed on day two. After we checked out, he escorted us to the highway to ensure that we got there successfully. Throughout our stay he and his wife provided wonderful recommendations on restaurants and what to see at the palace. Both properties were very clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Thanks, Michele, for being a warm and wonderful host!"
