Reservei esse hotel apenas para passar a noite e irmos direto para o aeroporto de Nápoles. A experiência foi horrível. O hotel fica ao lado de um lugar que tem festas e tocou musica alta ate as 01h da manhã de uma segunda feira. A estrutura e o local sao horriveis.

Una camera prenotata per lavoro. Tutta la notte non è stato possibile riposare vista la presenza di una scolaresca e ovviamente dovrebbe essere cura di un hotel evitare il caos. Camere senza rilevatori di fumo. Angoli di parete con formiche

At first sight it seems like a good hotel, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The problems start with the hot tub starting to make noises and splash water. the meals are high, the breakfast very poor and the dinner...cold first and second courses.

We booked a suite 1 week before, I must say that the hotel is very nice and clean but lacks attention towards the customer, we arrived at night after a trip, my partner and I made us pay in advance (which is not never do) they give us the keys and we enter the room obviously since it is a suite inside it has a hydromassage tub obviously it is the best for a bit of relaxation, but after less than half an hour from using the tub, it continued to make a noise that didn't stop, we definitely wouldn't have slept! I called the reception and the doorman told me to turn down the power in the room that connected the tub but this would have meant not being able to use the TV and having only the bathroom light as light, at this point I he says to change rooms I obviously tell him that having paid for a suite I expected him to give me the difference but he tells me that I used the tub and therefore it is as if I had used all the comforts of the room (for half an hour now) he gives us a change of room (a hovel for me) without windows a square without air, okay being tired from the trip I take it lightly thinking that the next day they would have reimbursed us.......but no they did given a piece of paper with twenty percent discount written on it which on 130 euros is 100 euros, therefore practically a fool, so we practically paid for a room which we did not use due to their lack of competence... not I will never go there again

Really nice clean and tidy. Top staff only drawback is the proximity to the road for noise but negligible once inside the structure. Fair price. Varied breakfast. Secure parking. Excellent catering. If you are in the area take it into consideration

Nice hotel only on the outside, very dilapidated inside it is a 4 star but there is not even a poor breakfast the savory breakfast is not accompanied by bread or rolls nothing the poor Patrizia very special person who takes care of the breakfast was very helpful and kind but Unfortunately it's not his fault. I rarely write reviews but I do feel like this one is necessary. While I understand that hotels in other countries might not follow the same star rating system as in the United States, this one most definitely is NOT a 4 star hotel! Honestly, it’s more like a 1 maybe 2 star. ! We booked this hotel for our last night in Italy because it claimed to be close to the airport. While it may be close as the crow flys it is not close by car! It took about 20 minutes and €30 to get from the airport where we had dropped off our car rental to the hotel. It is located in a very dismal looking industrial area. Our room was really old and dated looking with bizarrely patterned peeling wallpaper. The door to the hallway did not even latch. It was a regular lock with a sliding bolt but there wasn’t even a hole in the doorframe for the bolt to slide into. Also it was super thin, as in even if it did lock (which it didn’t) anyone could have just kicked it in. We actually dragged the dresser in front of the door to give us a little sense of security at night. The guy at the front desk didn’t speak any English which while I certainly don’t expect everyone to speak my language, this guy was not friendly or helpful even when I tried to communicate with him through Google Translate about restaurants close by where we could go get food. He did book us a taxi for the following morning which cost €23 so better than the night before but not the “airport shuttle service” the website claimed to have. Overall a really disappointing last night of an otherwise fabulous vacation. Not how we had planned on spending our last evening at all.

The place is what it is and it happens that you come across noisy neighbors so it may not be the best for those with children in tow....but the structure is convenient for the airport, clean and with very kind and helpful staff . Basically excellent for a few nights of work in Naples and the surrounding area or for leaving.

Hotel very close to Naples Airport. Stayed one night after a late arriving flight. Very warm welcome provided me ice and free mini bar refreshments. Room was clean, spacious and air conditioned. Arranged 6 AM taxi to Naples for me at discounted rate and breakfast provided just for me before leaving which was traditional freshly baked Napolitan foods. Overall very good experience.
