We booked a suite 1 week before, I must say that the hotel is very nice and clean but lacks attention towards the customer, we arrived at night after a trip, my partner and I made us pay in advance (which is not never do) they give us the keys and we enter the room obviously since it is a suite inside it has a hydromassage tub obviously it is the best for a bit of relaxation, but after less than half an hour from using the tub, it continued to make a noise that didn't stop, we definitely wouldn't have slept! I called the reception and the doorman told me to turn down the power in the room that connected the tub but this would have meant not being able to use the TV and having only the bathroom light as light, at this point I he says to change rooms I obviously tell him that having paid for a suite I expected him to give me the difference but he tells me that I used the tub and therefore it is as if I had used all the comforts of the room (for half an hour now) he gives us a change of room (a hovel for me) without windows a square without air, okay being tired from the trip I take it lightly thinking that the next day they would have reimbursed us.......but no they did given a piece of paper with twenty percent discount written on it which on 130 euros is 100 euros, therefore practically a fool, so we practically paid for a room which we did not use due to their lack of competence... not I will never go there again
