Upon arrival the hotel was not clean. We checked in and made it to our room, to see stains on the comforters, bed sheets, and pillows. We removed the sheets and the mattresses were completely stained yellow. There was squished bugs on the walls. Hallways were tainted in dog pee. We immediately checked out and went elsewhere. Front desk told us she didn’t blame us on checking out. The manager Shelly Reeb provided no help in a refund as they wanted us to stay in another room. Which I’m sure is equally the same in quality and cleanliness. Would absolutely not recommend.
