There are 3 restaurants on the island, but often only one is open. The average head consumption is between 240 and 330 RMB per meal. For island expenses, make sure you have cash or multiple credit cards.

Transportation: From vuda Marina, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off. Going to other places needs to communicate with the island owner. The boss is super enthusiastic. Firstly the service, staff and activities are absolute 5 star. There were 24 staff to 10 guests - this is a very small resort with only 5 Bures. The Bures themselves - so far from 5 stars .. cupboards whose doors didn't close, light globes that weren't working, baths that didn't seal. As expected, the pool and dining area is very small but being all inclusive and being able to eat at whatever time you liked was great. Other guests really went all out having cocktails and snacks at 9am - nothing was too much trouble. The meals/drinks we were packed for our day trips were sensational, so much lovely food. Having someone pack you food, load up a boat with deck chairs and umbrella and drop you at a deserted island or sandbar for a few hours on your own was just amazing. We had friends staying for several days same time as us which made it more fun. Food was fine, not fabulous, not awful. TIP - if you have mobility issues please reconsider this place. The path between the bures and dining area was very unstable and rocky, as was the path from the helicopter landing pad to the resort. The beachfront is coral so you need reef shoes all the time and you need to be able to walk out to the boat and get in it to go anywhere. Wouldn't stay here again as we prefer something a little bigger with more water activities (sailing, kayaking etc) but we had a brilliant stay here mostly thanks to the wonderful staff.

Generally speaking, it is a good cost-effective Fiji outlying island resort. The highlight is of course that it is only for adults (basically couples or couples), and it is not far from the island (one hour boat ride) plus four round trips a day, and you can even transition without the island. . For example, the basic questions asked by the front desk before check-in are generally answered within a few days, but if I want to make more complicated arrangements such as activity reservations or details (partly because the activity department of the resort is relatively independent and free), I send N many emails and even make direct international phone calls. In addition, if you live in his bure, pay attention to the problem with the indoor shower design. When washing, it must leak water to the ground outside, and then the whole bathroom will be very wet and slippery. The staff will tell you that most of the guests use outdoor showers... But if you still tend to use indoor ones, my personal response is to put a bath towel in the door to absorb water + block it. The room cleaning is in place, such as mopping the floor every day (this is rare in five-star chain hotels), but there will still be Xiaoqiang (and big and small) haunting… Another point is that, for some reason, a certain book says that his family's meals are very good. We ate it, especially the first few days most dishes (including breakfast) were overly salty! The last day was a little better. I don't know if the middle chef changed or if we all ordered the dishes on the thunder (in that case, the thunder points would be a bit too much~) But looking back, it's still a shame. After overcoming these non-deal breaker issues, the overall experience was relatively pleasant (picked a few photos for reference). If it is the first time to go to Fiji and can book a special room, it is recommended to try it.

This is the closest place to paradise. Maybe the outer island is the same, but the difference is that the staff will take the initiative to help you arrange it every day. The activities of the day are different every day, such as taking you out to sea snorkeling in the morning and giving you coconut culture in the afternoon. And almost all of them are free. They will use the most easy-to-understand English and body language exchanges. There are many opportunities for other tourists on the island to meet, and because of the activities, everyone communicates like a neighbor, friendly, and eats. Take their best, and the price is really the cheapest, even if there is only one person at every meal, the black brother will play guitar for you not far away, accompany you with the most beautiful songs in the local area, their Service staff and event staff, we are like family, chat, dance together, go out to sea and play together, I never thought that I would not want to leave this place, anyway, I will definitely come again, here is really worth it! ! !

The Terraces Just returned again to this wonderful resort with my 2 friends. I can highly recommend this accomodation in either a 1 brm or 2 brm apartment. The apartments are very clean & spacious with all the facilities you need with a kitchen & laundry, with lovely views of either garden or pool & golf course from 1 or 2 of the balconies in the 2 brm apartment. The pool & gardens are highly maintained with plenty of pool loungers. The convenience to Port Denarau is just 5 mins walk away to all the bars & restaurants plus a fully stocked mini mart. All the staff at The Terraces are very friendly & helpful. I’m looking forward to my return again in November.

Heaven is, Musket cove. We stayed in musket cove last year and fell in love with the resort. So much so, we decided to make it our annual june holiday. Once again we were so welcomed by the most amazing, friendly and calming staff. Our Bure was a beautiful retreat, that felt quiet, peaceful and authentic. The island is our absolute favourite… the sand paths, immaculate gardens and activity/ entertainment options provided us with a dream holiday. My husband surfed almost daily, while I would go for hikes, run the island trials and explore. Found secluded beaches and lookouts that are more breathtaking than imaginable…. Ziggy and Josie always provided us with refreshment afternoon drinks (without prompting our preference) at the island bar yacht club. Ruth always hooked us up with the best tours, snorkelling trips and activities. Suli, was the biggest vibe. We loved his presence and enthusiasm. We loved our trip (again) so much, we re-booked for august and December/ January. Paradise does exist…

The website photos makes this look like a luxe stay but the bures have a tired, worn-out feel and need a lot of maintenance. I suspect the pictures were taken fifteen years ago when the resort opened and not much upkeep has been done since. The floors are faded and scratched - a simple refinishing would go a long way. The structure has apparently settled as there are gaps in the joints and the bathroom ceiling sags. Speaking of the bathroom, the shower head has corroded out in a few places and delivers a seriously inconsistent spray. Design-wise, the water closet is too small: everything is based on one-meter squares and it's smaller than an airplane toilet. (I hit my head on the door every time I sat down on the toilet). The water heater for our bure is much too small (probably 100 litres) and running out of hot water was the norm. Also no showers back-to-back, the heater needs recovery time. While the photos show all of these wide-open doors to let the outside in, when we suggested it the staff said it was a bad idea because of all the mosquitos. They also helpfully suggested that we don't take a walk to the beach down the road as a number of guests have been robbed while walking down the road. I'm not sure how the website can claim that the bures are 860 square feet; the interior space is 4x8 meters (344 sq feet) and including the outside verandah, the size is 52 sq meters (560 sq feet). Maybe the footprint of the canvas roof is 860 square feet but claiming that as the size of the bure is quite a stretch. On the positive side: The grounds are beautiful, the staff was very helpful and the food was quite good. If the owners had just taken six months of the COVID shutdown to perform some routine maintenance, and if the grounds were in a safer location, this would have been an easy recommendation. As it is, we wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend it to friends...

This hotel is located in a place with beautiful mountains and clear waters. On the beach facing the west, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The service of the hotel is very good. The service staff does the cleaning very carefully. It is clean and tidy everywhere. It is very comfortable, you can swim by the sea or in the hotel pool, it is a good place for vacation.
