Hotel Ciudad is quite good: location in three minute walk from beach, cleanliness, welcoming staff, variety of food for breakfast, hot water, .. It would be even better with a kettle in the rooms. )) I enjoyed those four days in Casteldefells.

Decided to pay a little more for a hotel since my wife was coming as well. Requestes a bedroom with double bed. I needed to work late nights.
We got a room with two single beds. Short.. 1.90 my. My head touches the head board and feet pass the foot end.
Curtains that are too short and let the light in. Tiny TV in a far corner. Toilet under a sink so you can't sit on it straight. I requested another room immediately, but it was not possible. They were fully booked. The bed was made up as a double bed. It was a solution, not perfect, but acceptable. The bed was still short.
Not what I was expecting. I stayed there before, and it was much better.

The room was in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but overall it was okay. It was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. It's relatively quiet outside of Barcelona city center, close to the Mediterranean Sea, and only a ten-minute taxi ride to the airport.

We chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, just steps from the sea, which was very convenient. It also has a pool, a nice addition for relaxing during the day.
It's a simple hotel, without luxuries or special touches, but it meets the basic requirements. Ideal for those looking for a practical option close to the beach without high expectations.
The staff was generally polite, although at times they seemed a bit haughty or distant. Even so, the overall experience was positive.
