Very neglected apar**ents. Very dirty, damaged furniture, torn curtains, full of ants and cobwebs. A horrible experience. Luckily they gave us our money back, since the condition of the apar**ents was deplorable. Sofa burned by cigarette butts. Awful

The dirty rooms in my case where I was with my partner, there were a lot of ants everywhere even on the bed, the bed is full, and the floor and the table and the wall were also unsustainable, I called the man from reception and tells me that he is going to call maintenance, he calls me back and tells me that they cannot solve our problem or relocate us to another room since there were no free rooms according to him, then my husband called and no matter, then my family member called and Thanks to rl they managed to relocate us to another room, which they did not want to give us because it was a duble, a man tried to enter my relative's room, luckily everything was a scare, the security measures had much to be desired, We called the director and she didn't help at all to solve it, and she said that she couldn't compensate us in any way, she wouldn't go back crazy to these apar**ents, they leave a lot to be desired, their security and their senior management by not being responsible for anything, it has been a waste of money thrown in the trash....

Unsafe accommodation. I am a security guard. And they tried to break in while I was inside at 7am through the fire door of my apar**ent. That opens inward. To make it easier for the thief to enter. Not recommendable. Apar**ent 114: The entire apar**ent is uncomfortable. From the hard chairs without cushions, the very uncomfortable sofa that the springs dig into, the very hard bed and the pillows that are too thin. The curtains have stains, the bathroom faucet is chipped... rooms are not soundproofed. The pool is dirty and doesn't get the sun. We thought it would be something else. Very very uncomfortable. Bad selection.
