Hotel is great, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, clean. You get bottle of Water, Tea bags and coffee every day. I love it because it is very well sound proof room and you can hardly hear anything from outside. Also great Pool area. You need a cap for the hair. If you don't have it, you can buy it for 7eur at the Pool reception. They can only improve some service at the reception desk. The lady was really confused. When we arrived, she hardly found us in the system and when we left, she wanted to charge us some food and drinks from the restaurant, that we did not have and did not order. We ased for the manager to come, but then she called somewhere and it was then ok. Beside that, the hotel was great, also shuttle Bus is a big plus. It drives you to the Gardaland and there you can switch a bus also to the city of Pescaria. Really great if you stay in the hotel for more than 1 day. The themed rooms are a wonderful experiance.

It’s close to the park. The room and hotel was impeccably clean. Breakfast had some things that could be better like a fresh selection of fruits and not canned, more organized, but there was people making fresh pastries there that you could see. It is a little bit high price but it’s worth it at least for one night

We arrived late and the receptionist was awesome. Very helpful and fun, very carasmitic. The room was fun, the kids loved it. The cleaning could be better and the beadsheats were not cleaned propper and had a discusting stain from puke. But the cleaning boy fixed that and was nice about it.

Nice room, pillows uncomfortable and sheets not clean at least in one bed. Otherwise a nice hotel to stay when in Gardaland.

Magical hotel. The rooms are all themed and are truly beautiful. The staff is helpful and kind. The resort amenities are impeccable. Luggage transfer from the resort to the Gardaland hotel was also carried out free of charge.

Positives- Hotel was lovely and clean and staff friendly and happy to help with any queries. Facilities were good and children loved solving the puzzle to win the secret prize when we booked into our room. Breakfast buffet was great- huge selection and lots of variety. What was on offer is the same each day but such a range available there was plenty to chose from and have variety each day. Free shuttle bus to Gardaland was great. Negatives- Hotel is isolated for families who like to walk and explore local area. Peschiera is about a 2 mile walk away and do-able but first half of the walk is alongside a busy road with a white line marking out the pavement. Are a few things closer by but again you’d have to risk the road which I wouldn’t feel safe to do with toddlers/ babies, or any child likely to run ahead or off/ get distracted. You have to wear swimming caps in the pool which was fine, but only allow inflatables for babies. Children were disappointed they couldn’t use their rings as we were told it’s a relaxing pool and not allowed. The pool and changing rooms/ toilets are very clean though, and easy to get sunbeds as most people use the hotel as a base for Gardaland so the pool was never overcrowded. Last big negative was that we were told the wrong place to wait for our bus to get back to the airport. Luckily we doubted where we were told to wait and kept an eye on the main hotel entrance in case, so managed to make our pick up. Awful mistake though to make and needs to be clarified and rectified by reception staff for future guests. Would recommend the hotel as a base to explore Gardaland but agree you need a car to explore Lake Garda and surrounding areas fully as the hotel is quite secluded. A couple of nights is probably the most suitable length of time for a stay here.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, greetings from Gardaland Resort and many thanks for your detailed feedback. We also take good note of your helpful comments and we will be happy to consider them for any improvement in the next future. With kind regards, Claudio Tammaro - Hotels Director

We stayed here on a weeks package deal. The hotel seems to be the cheapest and supplied with the least number of facilities of the 3 hotels on site. I assume the package operates only selects the cheaper rooms. The location for the theme park and free bus is good. The hotels are well kept, very clean and plenty of staff with very good language skills. The rooms were great. Adult and kid areas have different lights and tvs so you can be in same room but get kids go to bed at different times. Air conditioning and good clean bathroom. Areas for improvement Open all the access gates to each hotel so when walking from Peschiera del Garda you can get into Magic without have to go all the way round to the car park exit. Make vending machines work on cashless system or put in a shop where the bands could be used. Provide milk for the tea provided in the rooms. We asked for milk we told it would be sent up and we only got more tea and coffee packs. Had to source in a supermarket. Check in, allow travellers arriving via airport transfer to check in on early morning arrival and not have to wait until everyone checking out by 11am. Also provide package holiday companies the details to use self checkin. Pool time, for the summer extend the hours as there is no where else to lounge in the sun at the hotel. Or provide seating areas or loungers when people can go outside pool hours and not just park benches. Not like there are not enough loungers sacked on blocking the urinals in the gents changing rooms. Tips, you can use the bus to get to the park and then use the bus from park to station to get into Peschiera to avoid walking or taxis. I would say a week is too long at this location. Gardaland is a great theme park but the hotel is a little too far from transport links and outside restaurants. I would look at this for a couple of nights if doing the park or look to stay in Peschiera or another lakeshore town and go to Gardaland separately. Not a bad hotel, nicer than the Merlin hotels at Alton Towers in the U.K..
Response from Property: Dear Guest, greetings from Gardaland Resort and many thanks for your nice feedback. We also take good note of your suggestions, some of them are precious and very helpful, thank you! However, regarding car entrance, we prefer to use the main entrance, in reason to avoid queues in Via Fornace. The Magic entrance now is just for emergency vehicles. Pool area is open until 7 pm as we know that it could be noisy for guests having rooms facing on the pool area. Early check-in: unfortunately, as we are in peak periods, hotels are full, so we are not able to guarantee early check-in. With kind regards, Claudio Tammaro - Hotels Director
