Hotel molto bello Ottima pulizia delle camera cucina da ristorante stellato Abbiamo anche provato l’esperienza del gourmet :cucina raffinata dello chef Marc Oberhofer con servizio impeccabile del maitre Gianluca. Ci chiediamo come mai non abbia ancora una stella Michelin La nota più positiva su chiama Micaela, la più esperta di massaggio che abbia incontrato in strutture di alto livello E’ lei che fa la differenza!!!

Settimana bianca ndimenticabile Hotel splendido !!! Il ristorante offre una qualità nel servizio e nella cura dei piatti indiscutibile, ogni cena è stata un esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile lo chef ha saputo unire piatti della tradizione con varianti moderne e la qualità dei prodotti e’ stata ottima. Esperienza fantastica. Hotel moderno, camera pulita e molto spaziosa. Cucina ottima, con piatti particolari e molto scenici. Ringraziamo Manuele che ci ha servito per tutti e quattro i giorni, molto professionale e gentile. Unica nota che cambierei sulla cucina, più buffet alla sera di antipasti e merenda al pomeriggio dopo la sciata per il resto tutto a 5 stelle per i piatti scelti, con più alternative ben gradite tra pesce e carne. Hotel con garage in centro paese. S.p.A. con bagno turco e sauna, area relax e massaggi. Piscina esterna in terrazza. Deposito sci molto ampio, consiglio: Mettere più panche a disposizione per sedersi. Che dire, ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Ringraziamo per il pensiero a fine vacanza con il pane della zona. Camera 330!

Hotel al top in tutti i servizi. Camere spaziose e pulitissime, spa di buon livello così come la piscina sul tetto, ristorazione da stella, personale gentilissimo, bar molto ben fornito, posizione centralissima nel centro di Castelrotto. La distanza relativa dalle piste da sci (5 minuti dall'alpe di Siusi, 15 da Ortisei e Santa Cristina) è ininfluente anche per chi voglia - come me - dedicarsi soprattutto a questa attività. Il prezzo è corretto.

ASPETTI POSITIVI: albergo esteticamente bello, camere molto ampie e belle , materia prima dei piatti ottima, posizione comoda e garage coperto a disposizione, piacevole l’idromassaggio sul tetto con vista mozzafiato (ma nessuno vi indica dov’è e ce ne siamo accorti purtroppo solo il 3º giorno). ASPETTI NEGATIVI: zona benessere e relax purtroppo non controllata e se capitate con famiglie chiassose e bambini appresso vi rovineranno l’atmosfera. Acqua della piscina poco pulita. La domenica purtroppo dalle 7 di mattina si sente molto il suono della campana della chiesa, vicinissima all’albergo, con più rintocchi ripetuti ad ogni ora. Servizio ristorazione manchevole in certi aspetti, con poca attenzione soprattutto a colazione, trascurando i clienti nel servizio al tavolo di bevande calde e piatti ordinabili. Kit beauty in camera molto scarno ed il boccetto di crema idratante messa a disposizione è a pagamento se l’ospite decide di portarlo con sé. QUALITÁ PREZZO: 6

The food in this hotel is just amazing. We could not believe we were on half board in 4* hotel, it felt like Michelin star restaurant every evening. Design of the hotel is very tasteful, rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable. On top of everything the personnel in the hotel is so friendly and well trained and they really help to make your stay extraordinary . Thank you Gianluca, Bruno, Peter, Alessio, Angie, Fabio and everyone else to make our stay so special. We will be back!

Wat een heerlijk hotel. Uitstekende grote kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel dat hospitality hoog in het vaandel heeft. Een luxe wellness met zwembad onder het dak, dat zomers open kan.We hadden halfpension, het eten (keuzemenu) was super. Ligging midden in het dorp. 10 minuutjes met de bus naar het dalstation naar Alpe di Siusi. Eigenlijk was voor ons alles goed😀

Appena rientrati da un breve soggiorno all’hotel Lamm, rientro in anticipo per esserci influenzati. A parte la camera fornita diversa da quella oggetto di prenotazione, nota dolente (e causa probabile di influenza, per lo sbalzo termico all’uscita dall’hotel) la temperatura torrida nella camera, tempestivamente segnalata alla reception e non risolta ( il consiglio è stato quello di aprire la finestra, si badi, con una bimba in camera di appena 16 mesi). Altra nota dolente la temperatura troppa fredda della piscina, anch’essa segnalata. La cucina è davvero molto speziata e, diversamente da quanto indicato in sede di prenotazione, non adatta - neppure nel menu apposito per bambini - ad una bimba di 16 mesi (per erbe e condimenti davvero molto forti). È un vero peccato perchè l’hotel è molto bello e curato nei minimi dettagli e la posizione è invidiabile.
