"The Waldrast Hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of the forest above Siusi — peaceful, convenient, and well maintained. Everything runs smoothly here: the rooms are spotless, functional, and comfortable, with balconies overlooking Suisi or the forest. The indoor–outdoor pool is a highlight, offering mountain views while you swim, and the small spa area is very pleasant. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great choice for anyone looking for calm surroundings, good facilities, and excellent value in the Alpe di Siusi area."

"Great location, views and 'Instagrammable' vibes. They offer free parking to guests. However the service does not match the price point or the online reviews. Here's some factual examples (with photos attached) below for your own judgement - significant lapses in housekeeping and safety, including our room door being left open by staff after room cleaning and dirty cleaning cloths left on personal items. A more serious concern, during dinner when a waiter was clearing our table, he dropped a knife which hit and broke a wine glass, sending shards flying everywhere—including into my glass of water. The waiter took the broken wine glass away silently without an apology. He returned to clean the table and bring a new wine, but he left the water glass full of broken glass pieces on the table. He only replaced it after we explicitly asked. If I hadn't checked and had taken a drink, the result would have been disastrous. To conclude, for a 'lifestyle' hotel, the staff training is insufficient. The lack of basic hospitality and attention to safety makes it hard to recommend. We had high expectations, but the experience here is well below standard compared to other hotels in the Dolomites area."

Not only were the accommodations and shared spaces exceptional, the attention to detail and effort shown by the staff was world class. The meals were extremely memorable. The owners take part in the daily operation of sensoria and you can feel how that shapes the experience. I also cannot recommend sensoria’s planning and special services enough. They ensured that I was supported throughout special event planning processes. I don’t have enough great things to say about this establishment! "This hotel is ideal for a relaxing holiday: in addition to the very comfortable beds and the excellent, well-prepared food, the garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The location is also enchanting, with many of the rooms overlooking the Sciliar mountain range. The wellness area offers various options for rejuvenating after countless hikes in the area. If I were to choose to spend a week in the mountains to relax and hike, I hope to find a place at this hotel. Thanks to all the staff at Parc Hotel Florian from Giulia in Milan."

"We were in the hotel from February 15–22. That was our 4th visit to this hotel. **Negatives:** - On the arrival day, it was always a "great buffet," but this time it was no longer there. It was a course dish where you had to make a choice, which was confusing as we had just arrived. - The dinner dish descriptions on the menu were misleading multiple times. For example, there was a menu item with the word "tiramisu." We thought it was traditional Italian tiramisu, but it was not. It was more customized and did not look like the brown tiramisu we expected. - The fish dish was smelly, and the beef dish was a bit tough. - The latte macchiato tasted different every day, unfortunately (not consistent). - There were no specified waiters or waitresses, so we could not tip them. (We had at least five different waiters.) - There was a very noisy big family near our dinner table who played loud music and talked loudly. - We think the quality of the dinner dishes has gone down compared to the last five years. Maybe a different chef? **Positives:** - The shuttle bus drivers are excellent. They are very prompt and kind. - Housekeeping is also great. - The female receptionists were mostly attentive and professional, but the male receptionist was a bit sloppy (not rude, just too casual). - The swimming pool water temperature was perfect! (We’ve experienced many ski resorts with cold pool water.)"
