The relationship between quality and price is too excessive. A high price for a hotel with old rooms where it is not possible to regulate the internal temperature. Too hot. We do not recommend the dinner which instead of the gourmet ut seems like a Deliveroo dinner

Se volete relax andate altrove. Caos nella piscina e al ristorante dove piu che un gourmet sembra una sagra. Termini di cancellazione inesistenti. Sconsigliata la camera Junior suite, fche si affaccia direttamente sulla strada. Poca comunicazione.

Struttura fantastica, personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione, servizi eccellenti. Piscine meravigliose. Area benessere fantastica. Servizio navetta velocissimo. La cena fantastica e anche lo spuntino pomeridiano. Ambienti puliti e ben arredati.

Anzitutto non si trova a Ortisei ma a Castelrotto, per andare a Ortisei a piedi circa 20 minuti, strada molto sgradevole .Ho fatto notare che i cassetti dell'armadio erano da pulire, la signora della pulizie si è scusata più volte ,i proprietari non un cenno di scuse . Colazione e cena molto molto deludenti.Non ci tornerei

Hotel situato a circa 20 min a piedi dal centro di Ortisei. Molto pulito e curato. Suite grande con vista spettacolare dal terrazzo. Plauso particolare al personale. Alina la nostra cameriera simpaticissima e paziente con la nostra piccola, Stankovic 😉, le due ragazze della hall, la barista e la signora delle pulizie. I piatti delle cene apprezzabili per il gusto sopratutto nei piatti tipici. Nonostante le 4☆ dell'hotel ho trovato dei difetti: Nella camera avevamo 3 lampadine bruciate; Va bene il letto king size ma 2 letti uniti in un 4 stelle non si può vedere; La colazione è sempre la stessa ed i croissant sono quelli congelati 🫠; Nel buffet della cena mancano i cartellini con la descrizione delle pietanze.

Una settimana di vacanze ben riuscita grazie al comfort e ai servizi dell'hotel La Perla; ottima l'accoglienza, ben curati e funzionali i servizi benessere (piscine, saune, etc); buona la cucina; competente, efficiente e professionale il personale sia di camera (perfetta la pulizia) che di sala (un particolare plauso a Paulo e alla barista). Molto valido il servizio del bus navetta per i trasporti a Ortisei. Un hotel da 'gustare'!

Ho soggiornato alla Perla per 4 notti nel ponte dell’8 dicembre, hotel stupendo curato nei minimi dettagli, posizione ottima appena sopraelevata su Ortisei quindi con ottima vista, colazione e cene fantastiche, spa curata, pulita e con l’ottima piscina esterna riscaldata panoramica. Servizi impeccabili come trasfer per le piste da sci, possibilità di fare lo skipass per il Dolomiti superski direttamente in hotel. Ho preso la camera deluxe, molto ben arredata e con balcone con vista su Ortisei. Un ringraziamento alla Famiglia Kelder super ospitale e professionale, tornerò sicuramente!

Tornata ieri da un we lungo. Soggiorno veramente perfetto. Hotel bello, camere spaziose e pulite. spa e centro fitness superlativi. Ma a far la differenza, per chi come me è celiaco, è proprio l'attenzone massima alle esigenze di noi celiaci! Menù sovrapponibile, ampia scelta di piatti (perlopiù uguali agli altri!).
