Es war ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub und die Unterbringung hätte nicht besser sein können. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Chefin hat für alle ein offenes Ohr und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten und war rundum begeistert. Die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderschön und hat sofort für Entspannung gesorgt. Der Spa-Bereich war zwar nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend und bot eine Vielzahl an entspannenden Behandlungen. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war köstlich und vielfältig. Ich habe jede Mahlzeit genossen und war von der Qualität der Speisen beeindruckt. Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem und ich habe jede Nacht wie ein Baby geschlafen. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem erholsamen Aufenthalt sind. Ich freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.. la chambre était spacieuse, les lits confortables..
La vue sur les montagnes au top..
Le restaurant était parfait que ce soit au niveau du petit déjeuné avec beaucoup de produit variés que pour le dîner ou son menu était bon chaque soir..
Les pistes de ski sont en 5 min en voiture, mais il existe des navettes gratuites grâce au pass de l hôtel pour y aller..

Super Hotel,tolles Team, sehr freundlich,die Chefin mega nett!!!! Wir kommen wieder!!! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet,besonders,das Frühstück. Der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön,der Pool ist warm,ein Traum!9 Hunde sind auch herzlich willkommen.

ausnahmslos sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Küche, sauber, sehr ansprechender Wellness-Breich inkl. wohlig beheiztem Pool und Wirlpool. Wir hatten ein helles Zimmer mit topp Ausblick auf das Bergmassiv. Wir kommen wieder.

Esperienza pazzesca. Upgrade della camera, gentilezza, colazione super con vista delle montagne, atmosfera semplicemente magica, staff super cordiale e poi a due passi da Ortisei che era la mia meta di sci. Consigliatissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Colpisce per l'insieme di ciò che si trova: personale di reception cordiale e familiare, sensibile alle necessità dei clienti, perfetto nelle indicazioni turistiche e assistenza. Una cura particolare ai piccoli dettagli che fanno però, la differenza rispetto ad un banale soggiorno come lo "spuntino pomeridiano" ricco di bontà. La SPA con idromassaggio e piscina esterni per un bagno circondati da maestosi paesaggi innevati. L' arredo delle stanze curato e la pulizia eccellente. Impeccabile il servizio a disposizione per il trasporto alle piste da sci e l'organizzazione di ciaspolate con accompagnatore. Il servizio di ristorante con buona scelta di piatti vari e dai sapori locali serviti con cura e professionalità dal personale di sala e non certo un dettaglio, la ricca colazione, dolce e salata, capace di soddisfare ogni gusto.

Vorbildlich geführter Betrieb. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter mit guter und abwechslungsreicher Küche. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nur schon deshalb freue ich mich auf die Ferien in der Villa Kastelruth. Zimmer werden immer Super gemacht während unseres Vergnügen auf der Skipiste.
