Sin dal 2003, periodicamente il nostro rifugio è dalla famiglia Zemmer...in coppia o con nostro figlio, ogni momento è dedicato a noi. Tutti, ma proprio tutti, ci accolgono con il sorriso, con energia e affetto... Igiene, pulizia e ogni comfort sono insuperabili! Colazione e cena sono una prelibata ricerca del gusto e dell'armonia con la genuinità. Sto già pensando alla prossima occasione...vi abbraccio Urherhof!!!

This was the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was incredible, the people were kind, and the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and the area it is in is amazing. I can't wait to go back!

Frequento da tantissimo la Val Gardena, e avevo già visto su qualche sito questo Hotel ma lo avevo sempre ‘scartato’ a causa della sua posizione, 5 km sopra Ortisei. Che errore! Questo hotel si è rivelato veramente il migliore, anche come rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentilezza, qualità del servizio, a**osfera, posizione che ne fanno una perla per chi cerca assoluto relax. Nulla da dire, sarà il mio nuovo riferimento per le mie vacanze in Val Gardena! Grazie alla famiglia Zemmer Mayrhofer per l’accoglienza

L’esperienza di questo soggiorno è stata eccellente. L’hotel è gestito da una famiglia molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura è molto bella e pulita. Bellissima piscina panoramica e ottimo il resto dell’offerta benessere.. cena e colazione ottimi. Un piccolo paradiso dove rilassarsi che consiglierei a tutti.

Hardest working family in the Alps! Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Val Gardena is also possibly the prettiest sky area, with lots to do for non-skiers. The walking paths are not very well signed but the local tourist office organises trips that are well worth investigating.

Veramente impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Nonostante avessimo un bimbo di 1 anno e una bimba di 5 il personale è stato gentilissimo e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza! Lo raccomandiamo a tutti, sembra di far parte della loro famiglia!

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit einer ungewöhnlich netten und freundlichen Familie. Der Wellnessbereich mit der Panoramasauna ist genial! Die Küche ist toll und die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns über das Wochenende sehr wohl gefühlt und waren wirklich draußen vom Alltag!

Viaggio tantissimo, ma una esperienza cosi’ piacevole non l avevo mai provata!!! Tutto davvero fantastico, la struttura, la pulizia, la gentilezza dei titolari, la cena.., un a**osfera incredibilmente bella.., per non parlare della SPA, della piscina riscaldata esterna con un panorama mozzafiato!!! Già prenotato per febbraio perché me ne sono innamorato!!!!

Ambiente familiare molto accogliente e gestito da una famiglia davvero disponibile con tutti gli ospiti. Piscina esterna che nessuna altra struttura in Ortisei può vantare. Molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e Dei servizi offerti.
