i found this hotel and can only feedback on what i have been told I booked this for my elderly mum and a friend for a 2 day break the hotel was walking distance from the train station which the taxi driver failed to tell them They found all the hotel staff really friendly and said the rooms were ideal and the breakfast was perfect and if they returned they would stay here again

Best to book directly via the hotel's website as they offer discounts if you do, making it one of Cardiff's cheapest hotels. The room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was fab. Unfortunately we were unable to access the roof to see the bees that live up there, but that's hardly a major problem. It was far quieter than expected, given the town centre location. The staff were all delightful.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and had a nice a**osphere. Rooms were very spacious and well kept . Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. Lovely to have table cloths on the tables. Location of this hotel is excellent as close to everything. Will certainly stay here again .

The location was very central. Close to Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Market, and plenty of eateries. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. There were lots of fresh pastries, fresh fruit, and the hot food was replenished and all tasted great. It was self-service which is great if you have a big appetite like me. My partner also had dietary requirements which staff were able to advise on, and provided alternative bread for toast. The room was well equipped and mostly very clean, aside from some dusty corners and the top of the TV. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of amenities. Would stay again if in Cardiff. The rooms were nice but the breakfast was a brilliant last impression after staying 3 nights. The hotel were great at accommodating checkin after midnight and holding luggage after checkout.

While the hotel's exterior is a little off putting, once inside it was very comfortable. Rooms were decent size and clean with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was extremely good and the bar area a good area to relax. Location is very central and although lively on a Friday and Saturday night the tripple glazing blocked out street noise. Overall a very good three night stay.
