On our last day at this wonderful establishment and just have to say a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We couldn't fault this hotel at all and the staff were absolutely amazing. Never in all of years of travelling around the world have we come across such excellence! Lead by GM Dean the whole team is as one in delivering the Team Bel Jou experience. Thanks again Heather & Chris x we'll miss you folks 😢

We have just returned home from a fab 13 night stay at the Bel Jou. Everything from start to finish was excellent! If you're looking for a chilled out & relaxing stay this is the place for you. The hotel & grounds are immaculately kept. We had a sea view room & the view was stunning! Would definitely recommend 1 of these. All the food & drink was lovely & the 2 pools are great (with the handy self-service bar at the lower one, ideal!). We used the shuttle bus to the beach twice. It takes less than 10 minutes. It's a great service & the beach is lovely. The hotel is (we believe) the smallest all inclusive on the island & this is a lot of its charm. Why? Because it feels like a more personal service from all & we mean ALL of the staff. There are too many to name individually (& remember all their names!) but everyone from reception, bar staff, waiters/waitresses, cleaners, maintenance, chefs, kitchen staff, entertainment & any teams we've missed were all very friendly & always said hi even when just passing. Thank you all for your great hospitality! We found out that Bel Jou had won a couple of awards from British Airways & Trip Advisor while we were there & these are very well deserved - well done team! Dean (the General Manager) is a lovely guy & was very visible & always stopped for a chat. Something you don't see in any other hotel we've stayed in. As I said to Dean a couple of times, don't go changing anything, it's perfect as it is! Would definitely recommend the Bel Jou 100%.

Amazing holiday from start to finish, staff so attentive, Dean the manager leads a happy team that went above and beyond to make our holiday wonderful, relaxing and fun. Food outstanding, entertainment was great perfect for a adult only hotel, carribean/ bbq night was outstanding if you fancy a boogie Princess the dancing queen was always rocking the dance floor. Our Room were kept immaculate, the entertainments manager Jarfree was great so informative and I loved the aqua aerobics and beach walks. We will be back.

Just here for a week , all inclusive, adult only hotel , we have a lovely garden room near the lower pool . Food at the buffet restaurant last night and breakfast this morning was very good . All drinks included are local but the beer is good and well we come for the rum , right. Two pools , three restaurants/canteen. Friendly staff , aircon in the room and free WiFi, happy days so far

It was our first time to St Lucia. and we couldn't have stayed in a better hotel than the Bel Jou. Dean and his staff were just wonderful! the food was excellent and the evening entertainment just kept us dancing. Both pools were also great and lunch at Lulu's was delicious. We just can't fault anything, We even made some new friends. We also took advantage of the activities on and off the hotel site, and enjoyed our quiet time by the pool too. Thank you to all the staff at the Bel Jou.

Fabulous food and a very restful environment. A shuttle or long walk to the beach but very clean pools at the Hotel. Many activities and entertainment as well.

We loved our time at the bel jou! They treated us very nice, had lots of fun things to do every night! The food was very good, lots of options! They shuttle you to the beach and it’s a nice beach. The only downside was our room smelt really musty. We should have said something but we assumed that’s normal for the moistness in the area.

We recently returned from 12 nights at this amazing hotel. We had the best time. We stayed in a Garden Bungalow which was lovely, very roomy with a big walk in shower. Our room attendant, Verne, kept our room spotless and always has a lovely smile. We would like to thank her for taking good care of us! Jafree is a real character. We enjoyed the Wednesday morning walk to the lighthouse with him and also Saturday morning power walk on the beach followed by yoga. Jafree is a mine of information and such an asset to the hotel. The waiting staff are also great. Everyone was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed Brendan and Princess’s company greatly. Reception, the gardeners, maintenance are also exceptional. Everyone works so hard in extreme temperatures and they aren’t as lucky as us guests being able to jump in the pool…… apart from Jafree who could get in to teach aquacise! The food is good, especially breakfast. Drinks are plentiful and the cocktails are very tasty. Views gorgeous and lots to do around the area. Enjoyed pigeon island and a couple of boat trips. We transferred from the airport by boat which was amazing. Highly recommend.
